i’ve been waiting 63+ days and not a hint of hope for shipping. they said they would keep the shipping webpage updated constantly but it’s been the same for about a month with no updates. every time i reach out i get an automated response that just apologizes and gives no actual solution. do not buy from this place ur getting scammed.

Less than happy and if I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 12/20/2025 and today 04/13/26 have yet to receive my order. I began communicating in January and was given reasons I hadn’t received my purchase. Again in Feb, March and now April and have not been responded back with since January. No phone number, no response. I feel like they have stolen $200 out of my pocket. This was a gift for a family member, sadly I cannot recommend this company and feel they are a scam!!

Really available customer support, the owners are super nice, fire clothes, and a lot of chances to get free clothes

I placed order #15751 on January 13 and haven’t even gotten an update despite them putting out an email blatantly lying claiming that all orders placed in November, December, and January have been shipped out. Don’t waste your time and money

I never received my item. I ordered in December 2025 and this now April 10, 2026. It's ridiculous. $68 wasted.

Ordered these, took two months for them to have any info on the pants and then when i emailed them upset about it, they immediately sent them out. Upon getting them I thought "hey this is good quality" and wasn't as mad but now after wearing them about 6 times there's a massive tear in the fabric. These are not very well made nor do they last the test of time. Do not order these pants or you're just tossing money at a company that produces more poor quality clothing. I should not paid $60 AND waited two months for them to simply tear. This brand is not worth it at all.

Amazing brand, gave constant updates on my shipping and jeans are amazing quality when they arrived 10/10

The denim is beautifully made and high quality, I wear them everywhere and anywhere, i didnt mind the shipping as they are both worth it and well priced.

The jeans are amazing, super comfortable and well made. Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is there was some shipping delays which caused my package to be late a few month

I ordered two pairs of jeans from Dart in January. It is April. No jeans. Communication has been horrible; promotional emails are sent out every other day, yet I get personal emails back once every two weeks. One promotional email stated that “all orders from December 2025 through February 2026 had been shipped”, yet I received no tracking number, which they tell you you’ll receive once your order is shipped. One personal email from someone in their support team said my order would be shipped by the end of the week. That was in March. I would only recommend buying from Dart if you had a gambling addiction; it would be just as much of a thrill as the casino.

I never placed for a refund and I have never received a refund. I emailed support on March 3rd, March 22nd, March 28th, March 30th, March 31st, and again today. In none of my emails have I requested a refund, and I have not requested a refund through any other site or link.

Update April 9th:
I sent dart an email with my order number, stating, “ I have not asked for a refund, I have not received a refund, and I do not want a refund. I want my jeans to ship”. Dart responded saying my order will ship, and they understand I do not want a refund. Today, April 9th, my order has been refunded and $104 have been placed in my account. F*** you dart. Do not order from them.

I ordered my son pants in January. Ever since then I’ve constantly received emails saying “your items are about to ship!” “They are on their way!” No tracking number, nothing. This company is a scam and a joke! I’ve tried calling the number, texting the number, emailing. Absolutely no response! I’m curious. This place just stole my money. Buyer beware!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would!! I placed an order in December 2025 and their website said it would be a 4-5 week wait for items to get shipped. 4-5 weeks came and went and I never received shipping info. On their social media they were posting about having issues with their warehouse in regards to shipping but all November/December orders would be shipped by the first week of February. First week of Feb. came and went and still nothing. I emailed them and they said my order would be shipped within the week. Still nothing. Emailed again some time later and was sent a link to their website that told me nothing about my order and showed some stock photos of boxes and things. Still they're posting on their social media about things being shipped. I email AGAIN asking about my order and they claim in about 2 weeks I should have shipping info. Welp... Here we are in April 2026 about 5 months later and i never received any shipping info. On their social media they claim all orders have shipped (obviously a lie). Now they're telling me that for me they're just going to refund my order and offer me 60% off on anything I want. These people must be smoking funny cigarettes if they think I'm going to bother giving them any of my money again.

Update April - In response to their reply: I have sent numerous emails attempting to find a solution, other than originally being told to contact Uni Uni, the shipping company, which you can not without a tracking number, which we were never given, we were repeatedly told that the order would be shipped in two weeks and we would be notified of a tracking number. That never happened. We finally got a refund today only after I joined the hundreds of other people posting bad reviews on their social media, and I posted here on Trust Pilot. Save yourself the money and stress and avoid Dart Distribution at all cost. All you have to do is look at the comments on their Instagram post and facebook ads.

We ordered two pairs of jeans from Dart in December 2025. They arrived, but within a short period of time the embroidery came undone. My son contacted them about it and they gave him a discount code for another purchase. He bought another pair of jeans February 18th. We were told they were delivered March l, we have a security camera to prove that we did not receive a delivery. We let them know and they said "contact the shipping company UniUni." I explained that we paid them for the product and shipping so it was their responsibility to get the product to us. They said it would be shipped within two weeks and we would receive tracking information when it was. We never received tracking information and it's now April 7th. I have emailed several times to inquire about the status and they either tell me I will receive shipping info within two weeks, or offer another discount code. I tried to call them and it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. They basically stole my 14 year old's money.

Amazing quality. Probably one of the best pairs of jeans I have ever worn. Both the ease of style and the look is amazing

Shipping was a little long, but the quality of the jeans are great and fits great too!

Great transparency , communication and accountability from the company, love the community interaction and community events. High quality yet light denim with super well made embroidery

Great pants, amazing even, but delivery time was hellish, I think that things are sorted out now though.

Took awhile to get here but was well worth the wait
