i tried to cancel my order 2-3 weeks before it was delivered but they said they were shipping it out immediately. when i did get the pants, the sewing was coming undone (or not sewn on in general) around the waist. also some of the rips are just bare rips with no cheetah print under

Taking a long ass time to deliver 1 hoodie

You told me it would arrive in 9 days. Been almost 3 weeks

First of all, the clothing set I bought is amazing quality. You can tell it was made with strong materials (I bought the Dune Hoodie & Sweatpants).
Second, shipping was very straightforward! It took a while for them to ship the product but the second it was shipped it only took a few days for it to arrive, and I’m in Europe.
Overall I had a very good experience with this brand. If you’re looking for a unique “statement piece” in your wardrobe this is the perfect brand for you. Amazing, long lashing stuff.

Quite pricey but it is a goof product, not that simple to make and really unique.
Some strings were of the embroiders were poking out here and there which I cut and the embroiderie is at parts just a little bit wrongly placed, so not perfect for the high price but still really awsome in total.
I am really happy to have a unique jeans that look good on men too and is really stylish!

The shipping took for ever. I ordered in Dezember 25 and got the item March 26. So you have to be very patient. (I thought it might be a scam at first)

But the quality is very good, the fabric is thick and heavy, the stitching is neat. The product stayed true to the color after the fist wash and it didn't shrink.
Pictures on the website are accurate. (Exept there is no picture of the draw strings, but it's listed in the product description)

The size was a perfect fit for me. (Size M, slim build, 185cm, ankles fully covered)

This place is fraudulent. I ordered in November and it’s now end of February and I’ve had nothing but slow responses to queries with empty promises of soon to be restocked items (items were listed as in stock when I ordered) and items now in transit and therefore unable to be refunded. They remove comments on their insta page. It’s a scam and I’ve reported them.

Not a good company do not buy. Customer service is shocking only communication is through instagram. Opened a dispute through PayPal due to long delay in shipping (2 months) eventually got the parcel. Clearly made from a Chinese sweat shop. Not worth the money at all. They are not taking returns. Avoid at all costs.

I made an order of '£140' a pair of jeans and a top. I ordered at the start of November for a Xmas present. I only ever got an email confirming the order a mouth went by and I got no updates I had to reach out to get told they were out of stock. Got told would be 7-14 days for a restock which was a mouth with nothing again. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. So I've asked for a refund

Believe the reviews don’t be a fool like me, ordered 15.11.25 4 week pre order then was delayed was only then finally delivered after excuse after excuse from the company on the 16.12.26 two months later, the jacket itself is nice but not worth it.

Regardless of whether these clothing items I purchased (IF I EVER ACTUALLY RECEIVE THEM) end up being good quality, I don't think I'd change my review from a 1 star at all.

The amount of chasing down information, mis-communication, and everything has been so frustrating.

Around new years eve/day they made a Instagram story post (not even an official email lol) saying that there had been a bunch of items out of stock and that was why there was so many orders not shipped out yet. They said they had just received a huge restock of their most popular items and the post continued to say verbatim "That means every order that is still pending will 100% be shipped out from January 1st-12". Well guess who received an email response on the 14th saying:

"The item you ordered is currently out of stock in your size, which is why it has not yet shipped."

Just awful business practices, and even worse communcation. Communcating through Instagram is not a viable or professional way, and even worse is making "100%" promises you apparently can't keep.

Commande passée début novembre et actuellement mi-janvier : article jamais expédié. J’ai été patient et j’ai tenté de contacter le service client par mail : pas de réponse. I had ordered a dune hoodie and after waiting almost a month for it to ship they told me that I could just cancel it and get a refund. Its been almost a month of back and forth with no refund in sight. I literally disputed it to get my money back and the OWNER HIMSELF emailed me telling me to cancel the dispute so that they can “continue shipping” after I did its just been back and fourth.

TLDR; DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU

First off, horrible communication and response time. I had to email them, DM them on IG, then email them again before I started getting a reply. My first email was the 8th of december. I ordered before Thanksgiving in hopes of getting it by Christmas. Their website gave an expected ship by time, and their Instagram was giving updates. Tldr, by their Instagram I should've got it by Christmas, but I didn't. Whatever, annoying, but on to the major issue. They finally respond, and they offer to cancel my order. I take them up on it, responding within 24 hours. No response. Check in a week later saying hey, just want to confirm my order is canceled so I can keep track of my refund. They say don't worry we're working on it. Another week later I get a notification that a shipping label was being made. I email them and say hey, fix this. Don't send me my order when you said you're canceling my order a little bit over two weeks ago, and I'm waiting on my refund. They confirm they're working on it. Today, get a notification it shipped. Still no refund. Don't say you can refund me and cancel the order, then not. If they're not a scam, they're a bad business with terrible customer service.
