Update: I am changing my review as the team have replied and were very helpful.
Received the order on time but the shoes are faulty. I emailed customer service straightaway and followed up on it again and have heard nothing! No customer service at all. I guess I have to return and pay for the postage for the poor quality. I would never use them again.

Having to pay for return postage disappointed
Sales and customer service was exceptional but disappointing that I had to pay almost £5 to return an item that didn’t fit .

Fabulous customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I phoned them and they were so helpful saying they’d replace them by return of post which they did. The shoes are great quality and really comfortable, can’t fault them.
