Jobstep Reviews

Overall, my experience with Jobstep was great. I definitely heard back from more companies after submitting applications with Jobstep's help than I would have otherwise. I think the price for the amount of service is mostly reasonable; the only thing I would change is getting more personalized advice on interviews, tailored to the companies that I heard back from. The initial interview preparation call was very helpful, and I would have enjoyed getting more customized help. Other than that, I think Jobstep's system worked well and definitely yielded impressive results.

Great program to be honest, they work very hard to get the ball moving and on a personal level they work with you to figure out what you need in order to help you succeed. Can’t thank the team enough!

JobStep is the real deal. I was able to get several interviews and land a job within five weeks. Previous to JobStep, I had been actively looking to change careers for the last two years with little success. I could not even make it past the automated rejection letters.

Thank you so much Eleanor and the JobStep team for being honest, transparent, and going above and beyond to assist me in my career change.

Jobstep is great! The team was very easy to work with and super on top of communications about the process. I ended up getting 24 interviews with them!

It's such a relief to be able to focus on studying for these interviews and juggling my day job instead of worrying about trying to keep up with applying for more jobs. Having more interviews at once took the pressure off a single interview having to go well and made me feel like I really had options to find the best fit for me.

Jobstep made my job search hassle-free. I can focus on my daytime job while preparing for my next steps for my career. I highly recommend Jobstep to anyone who is looking for new opportunities.

I cannot sing the praises of JobStep enough! The staff helped to build my confidence and ease my fears of the job-search experience, and that was only the start of the process. Building your resume and cover letter? Incredible. Interview prep? Invaluable! And then they go the extra mile to actually find the jobs and apply for you. All of the staff genuinely seem like great people, and I love that they're trying to "level the playing field" with companies' bountiful resources.

Shortly before finding JobStep, I was half-joking with friends that I would pay them to apply for jobs for me. I was honestly getting burnt out trying to work a less-than-desirable job while also doing everything necessary to find a new job (searching, applying, updating my resume, networking, etc. etc. etc...) I've been so happy to find this service and literally keep recommending people to try it out. Maybe this is starting to sound like an infomercial, but I mean every word of it. :)

Great team, innovative service, and super efficient at getting me interviews! One of the best parts was having a reliable resource for any and all hiring/interview questions. Would highly recommend, it takes so much stress and tedium out of the job hunt!

Jobstep did an excellent job from start to finish. Professional and support because we all know looking for a job can be stressful. I highly recommend Jobstep if you are having trouble finding a job.

I've had an excellent experience with JobStep. Eleanor and her team are incredibly responsive and so willing to help their clients find the right job for them. I just can't say enough great things about this company. They do exactly what they say they will, and more.
They guarantee 5 interviews, but I've just completed my sixth week with them applying for roles on my behalf and have already scheduled 6 interviews. I switched careers recently, so I was somewhat apprehensive about the potential for so many interviews, but sure enough- I got the interviews!
I highly recommend JobStep to anyone looking for a new role.

JobStep has made this process a breeze! Eleanor and the JobStep team have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the past 6 weeks. I have already secured 11 interviews and 1 job offer! JobStep helped me to realize that my job prospects were much greater than I initially anticipated.

I cannot recommend JobStep enough. They have truly made this job hunting process very enjoyable! Thank you, JobStep!!

Jobstep has been a great service so far. My job makes it hard for me to get resumes out so having Jobstep write and send them out on my behalf has been great. I have renewed their services as I am still on the hunt. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends.

Jobstep has been a great experience. I was hesitant to use any type of similar services in the past but after having a conversation I honestly felt like it was the right choice. The transparency has been phenomenal and they have been involved throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! They promise you 5 interviews but they won't stop applying even after that- I got 12 and they're still rolling in, and they'll support you with them if they come in after the 6 week period. More than worth the money and so responsive!

After months and months and months of aimless job searching and sending out job applications, like a miracle job step reached out to me with the opportunity to work with me and my current resume and after working with Eleanor and job step , over 80+ jobs were applied to in 6 weeks and over 10 jobs responded with 3 of the jobs leading to offer letter.

I took one of the jobs being a seasonal job but after completing that job step was willing to drill work with me doing interview prep and because of that I was able to land a career job at NYU after going through over 150 more applications work over 10 jobs in the interview stage. I couldn’t have done this without them and they are worth every penny spent. Thank you job step !

Within 60 days of working with JobStep, I accepted an amazing position that was exactly what I wanted! The number of positions JobStep found and applied to was 10x the roles I applied to in the previous 2 years by myself.

This will require work on your part. The good news is that the team at JobStep sets you up for success. Their question prompts will help deliver a fantastic resume that lines up with the roles you are looking for. Also, their interview prep ensures you're ready for tough questions and scenarios.

I've recommended JobStep to my friends and family. You should use it too!

Jobstep delivers on their guarantee of 5 interviews in 6 weeks and personalizes the experience to fit your needs. I had a wonderful time working with the team to identify positions I was excited about. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to find a new career in tech.

The Jobstep team is collaborative and has a high level of understanding that each job search is unique and should be treated as such! There is no one size fits all approach at Jobstep, which is refreshing.

The team will take the time to understand your interests, values, and requirements of what your next employment adventure will look like.

Be open and willing to take a wild ride, because Jobstep is prepared for the task of helping find the job you want rather than the one you settle for!

From program onboarding to securing employment there is no detail left behind in creating your job search journey.

Thank you Jobstep team! :)

Jobstep was such an incredible help! Super professional and efficient service with a personal touch. Takes the headache and hassle out of applying to multiple jobs. I would highly recommend Jobstep to anyone in search of a new career!

Jobstep was a huge help in my job search! They helped me make a wonderful resume, coached me on interview questions, and found a whole list of relevant and exciting jobs.

It was an interactive process. I was able to land multiple interviews. Including one for a job title I was struggling to get interviews for on my own.
