Ordered an Ortofon cartridge online from Joe Audio. Still had received nothing three weeks later. The package was tracked but just said pending on the app. Tried to contact someone at Joe Audio to chase it up via email with no response whatsoever. Made several phone calls. After a few attempts someone did eventually call me back to explain the package was being held due to a surcharge fee needed to be paid because under payment for postage. They paid this and I received it a few days later.
The cartridge is great.
Just a shame their customer service wasn’t a little more proactive.

Great experience, although I am a high end customer and having to wait 5 days for delivery is too long.
You should have an option for next day.

Very good punctual service and products are as described with various choices. All with the option of useing Klarna if you need to. Communication is 2nd to none and I will continue useing them.
