Cables twisted.together in trunking, will not rectify sloppy workmanship without.billing customer, never reply to complaints, say they are nacoss approved but are not??? Always deny its their fault the system fails, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Prime security especially Dan are absolutely brilliant. They know their stuff.

I have been using prime security now for several years and have all my property covered from doorbell, alarm and cctv, annual service plans too, from enquiring to installation Dan sorts everything out with no problems, any queries I’ve ever had Dan has put it right.

I am a case manager and have just renewed the service agreement for my client's security system. Dan was very helpful and responsive and made this a very simple process. He contacted me in good time to ensure there was no break in coverage and was quick to send any required documentation. he also answered his mobile when I called which was great.

Been with these guys for 10 years now installed my first CCTV system that I bought and last year i had an upgrade spoke to Dan in Sales bought one of their systems cameras are very sharp and obviously upgrade from my old system. Just paid out on a mantainence plan to keep the things checked
