just had a cctv system installed by prime security. the people i dealt with rob and rachel, very helpful and answered any question i had. could not have been a better experience. the engineer K arrived on time was excellent. explained everything to me as he went along nothing was too much trouble for him he did a brilliant job he even hoovered and cleaned up afterwards cannot speak too highly of the whole experience 100% good. thanks to all at prime.

I had a technical issue with my CCTV. Darragh was able to resolve this over the phone seamlessly in 1 call. Great experience overall with Prime security and enhanced by excellent tech support.

Just want to say thank you to Darragh from prime security installations great service, problem with my playback on the cctv cameras. Sent email to Darragh and he phoned me back straight away, sorted it out within seconds and if I have any problems just him call back. Thanks Prime pity the bigger companies was as good not mentioning any names. 5 stars 🌟 and more.

One of my cameras suddenly stopped working and I couldn't get immediate help from Prime Security, but Darragh rang as soon as he could and fixed my camera over the phone in a matter of minutes. I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, very courteous and very patient in all my dealings with them.

Seamless from start to finish. From initially being contacted by Nigel to Henrique and his colleague travelling from Manchester to make sure my system was installed. First class service. Respectful of my home, even hoovered and cleaned up after themselves. Bearing in mind I’m still waiting for some Coventry companies to get back to me and here I am fully installed and over the moon with the new system. Great service at an amazing price. Must admit when I lost connection to my iPad (my fault)after the technician spent 3 hrs removing old system and setting up new one i was gutted to say the least.
I need not have worried A phone call and I was in touch with another expert.He put me at my ease and proceeded to reset it all with my help on my phone
At 78 yrs old I have issues the TV remote let alone a 4 camera cctv system.

My words…..Honestly

One of the cameras failed while it was under warranty, Although it was still under warranty, the company refused to replace it and instead sold me another camera.

After the warranty expired, the DVR repeatedly stopped recording because the date and time kept changing by themselves. I corrected the settings several times, but the problem always returned within a few days, making the system unreliable for its intended purpose.

I was disappointed with both the product reliability and the after-sales support. I have corrected settings servel times, but issue returned within a few days Based on my experience I can say it’s seems I don’t have control over the system and online settings.

I eventually replaced the system with my own Wi-Fi cameras, which were much cheaper, easier to install, and do not require an ongoing subscription. In hindsight, I wish I had done that from the beginning.
When the Original Outdoor camera failed in April-May 2023 , The company told me it was outside its 3 year warranty and offered me to sell a replacement instead so I did bought another camera as he advised to do so, I later learned that the expiry of a manufacturer’s warranty does not remove a customer’s statutory rights under Consumer Rights act 2015” for 6 years

Had problem with my CCTV and talked to both Darragh and Dylan and wer'e both so helpful and understanding. Arranged for engineer to attend, Dan came and did excellent job makes all the difference having a company that you can trust. So we'll done to everyone.

Excellent customer service experience today

He suggested a resolution for a technical problem i was having which did work. Having had a few problems solved by using this company i decided to sign up for a service contract to give me peace of mind.
