Absolutely unprofessional company- most online orders result in unfulfilled stock yet payment is taken for the ENTIRE order

Please avoid as non existent customer service and lazy staff

First time ordering from John Bell & Croydon but certainly won't be the last. Easy to select product and place order. Very rapid delivery, well packaged and competitive prices for what was ordered. What more do you need?

I have used John Bell and Croyden for some years when I have either worked near or, for a short time lived near, the shop. Even though I am further out of London now, I continue to purchase as I find their selection of products unparalleled. I ordered my most recent purchase online and collected in store. Staff were helpful and efficient. The product I bought (knee support) was well packaged and, as usual, I was made to feel valued. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Seamless process from start to finish; very user friendly website! I usually go in store; from accompanying my Mother years back to being a customer myself too, I recently started ordering online, delivery was swift, products well packaged and Top tier customer service as always.
Oh I used the pickup service once too whilst I was going to be few streets away that week- Got pickup notification same day of order,got there my bag was packed ready, waiting & handed over by the ever so lovely lady at the till (wearing a Hijab) thanks.

I knew what I needed (Optive eye drops) and they were a sensible price with lots of helpful information along the way in the ordering process. I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived, as another reviewer has said I didn't ask for next day delivery but it was pretty immediate. Will definitely return when this bottle runs out.

Neatly packaged without much excess and delivered astonishingly quick even though I’ve not added next day delivery. Online shop looks nice and very good assortment of things with just the right amount of selection of each type of product to suit varied budgets.

Unfortunately, I received half my order and no refund.

I placed the order in January it’s now April.
