A huge thank you to Maddie for her support when I mistakenly received an incorrect parcel from their warehouse! All delivery/return logistics were quickly sorted by her and the warehouse, and in the end I'm so pleased with the Mabe coat. I'm so impressed with how speedily it was all sorted, and will hopefully get some more autumn pieces soon xx

I ordered a few dresses which arrived and were all beautiful! Decided to keep 3 out of the four. I noticed a couple of days after arriving that there was a 25% reduction for the 10 year anniversary. I emailed customer service who agreed to refund the 25% !! great customer service from Maddie who was very kind and helpful. I will be buying more from Sisterhood in the future.I love that they are Ethical and Sustainable and cruelty free and that they’re a UK company , win win ! Only slight thing is for me i wish they did a petite range but i can get the dresses altered :)

Both kind and flexible when it came to a returns issue - quick to respond also which was much appreciated!

I ordered 5 dresses and they arrived quickly and packaged well. I loved all 5 dresses but decided to keep just two of them as I couldn’t justify keeping all five. The designs and fit are really flattering. I also had to contact the customer service team about a discount code query and they responded very quickly and were able to offer me an extra discount on my ordered items. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for the new season and will likely purchase from them again!

I’ve bought a few clothes with Sisterhood and every piece is timeless and such great quality! If you’re looking to invest in key pieces, I highly recommend. The customer service is also great - so helpful, quick to respond and friendly!

Finally received a refund after they discovered this review. The item had been received back to their warehouse on the 16th of July as told by DHL, I left a review here on the 31st of July and they saw and replied back on the 3rd of August with a refund. Happy to have this resolved but won’t be purchasing from them again despite having some nice styles.

Still haven’t received my order more than a month after ordering. The item got returned to sender for some reason, DHL said it got delivered they say they’ll process when they receive and yet 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. They tell me they haven’t received. Going round in circles and they don’t say anything useful. Trying to claim back on my bank since they are useless. Will never order from here again after this catastrophe, would recommend others to avoid.

My return was lost in the post by Royal Mail (not Sisterhood's fault at all) and the issue was resolved within hours of me enquiring! They managed to identify that the issue was with the royal mail tracking, that they had received the parcel, and issued me the refund, very quickly and efficiently. Maddie in customer services was super responsive, polite, and very helpful - I was 100% happy with the service I received!

I have enjoyed shopping at Sisterhood for years now and have always found their products to be of really high quality - as well as beautiful! I would thoroughly recommend the brand.

Truly terribly made. Was very happy with my Mira dress. decided to keep it and took all labels off and put it on for first time, it tore at a seam within 2 minutes. for this price I'm shocked. Bad quality.

I purchased a couple of items which were lovely. I had to contact customer service, and the response was quick, professional and really helpful.

I was really unsatisfied with the wool jumper I got due to the amount of piling. The customer service experience was really terrible and I eventually got a very sharp email from their founder. I don’t think the quality is worth it for the price tag and not a nice company to deal with.

This was my first time ordering with The Sisterhood and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve bought the Violet slip (black polka dot). I initially enquired on Instagram when the dress would be restocking and got a response straight away. I dealt with the lovely Maddie also who kept me updated with my order throughout the whole process to make sure it got here in time for an upcoming wedding. She and the team have just been so kind and helpful I cannot fault them. Every step of the way I have felt incredibly looked after. The dress is so soft and comfortable and looks so so chic! I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you xx

I would not recommend this company and would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.
I returned a full order using Sisterhood’s returns process, and the return was received on 20th March. After weeks and weeks of chasing, I finally received my refund on 8th May.
Throughout the process I was given inconsistent explanations about what had and hadn’t been received, and at one stage delays and handling were blamed on internal staffing/training issues, which I do not think is appropriate to tell the customer about.
I did eventually receive the refund, but only after a huge amount of unnecessary stress and escalation through my bank. Overall the experience felt very unprofessional and left me with little confidence in the company.

The customer service goes above and beyond to help and are fast to reply.

The quality is truly outstanding. Exceeded expectations. This is designer quality for high street prices. I am so happy with my purchase, I feel like my coat will last for a lifetime and fingers crossed generations. I highly recommend!

I always have lots of questions about sizing which are answered quickly with all the detail I need.

I brought the Avery Noir XS coat and it is by far the best coat that I own. I'm 5ft so struggle to find a good fit for my petite frame and this coat fits me well and keeps me warm. The coat is chic and can be worn in a few ways making it versatile. I recently lost the belt that came with it and customer service was kind enough to send me a replacement belt. Would definitely buy from this brand again
