First of all, the sizing is really off (it was way too big). I live in the Netherlands and because of the Brexit, returning the package to the UK was really challenging. Multiple post offices do not even provide this service due to all the administration that is required. When I reached out to the SISTERHOOD, I found the owner not very helpful. She kept saying that returning the package should be easy. Well, it was not. Eventually, I succeeded to send the package back to the UK, but this cost me 53 euro… Moreover, since I did not keep the item I also had to pay the delivery cost of 10 euro. So, in total this cost me 63 euro. Never again.

Beautiful quality and the most amazing customer service - Eve was so quick to respond to my emails and went out of her way to make sure that my order arrived on time. Sizing runs a little large so if you’re on the petite side then definitely bear that in mind when ordering ☺️

Beautiful designs and quality, fast shipping.
Been shopping with Sisterhood since 2018 and will continue in the future.
Be careful with machine washing the items as most of them are made from modal/Tencel (which I love) but they shrink in hot water and high spins! (very gentle cold cycle or hand wash is best, the pieces are worth the extra care)

I really wouldn’t bother. The sizing is completely off - I always wear a 6/8 and couldn’t even get the items over my head, whereas others were way to big on the bust. Additionally items aren’t made with premium materials and look like Zara. I bought an item in the sale. I returned as it didn’t fit and this was credited to a gift card. I’m now in a cycle of ordering more items that do not fit at all and having to return them. Each time I’m spending £5-10 on postage as they don’t offer free returns. I have literally begged sisterhood to just refund me credit but they are refusing. Gutted I ever bought anything from them - was just trying to make an ethical choice and it has really cost me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased the Winona Knit in Chocolate and its an extremely versatile, high-quality piece - great for the office paired with a blouse or for more casual lounging at home. Sisterhood is my go to website for clothes and I can trust them to always deliver on gorgeous, well made items of clothing

Sisterhood’s collections are small and stunning and the the quality of the garments is incredible. They have a good selection of basics and special pieces. I’ve always had a great customer service experience and never had an issue with shipping/delivery. Would 100% recommend investing in this brand x

Ordered a size too big in the apartment pants, loved them so returned for an exchange. Asked for them to be exchanged in time for my holiday and Eve went above and beyond and got it all sorted for me! Love the quality and fit of the trousers and I also have a knit sweater from here that is my favourite sweater!

Super quick shipping and accurate photos!

My go to place for summer dresses! Every piece is timeless and I wear them again and again each summer. Delivery is super fast with minimal plastic packaging :)

I ordered from them a while back and it was a super pleasant experience. Not only are the clothes to die for (the yana pants is SUCH a staple in my wardrobe now, can’t live without them). The quality is great and fit too. I also had a really good experience with them customer service wise, there was a mistake without shipping but they fixed it really quickly and even refunded me the shipping costs. Could t recommend more.

Sisterhood is a really lovely brand and has a great ethos. I ordered a few items from their sale, all the pieces are lovely, although I think for the full price price point could do with the materials being lined, they feel a little thinner than expected.

It is frustrating that you can’t return sale items. This wasn’t made clear on the website and I was given a gift voucher instead.
