Customer service is awesome and as you pay your debt each time they give you a bonus as well. Should definitely try it.

I used to use Debbie when it first started, and I learned(and earned!) a lot! I will say the rewards earning slowed as they grew, so I stopped using them, but I will say the info they teach you about finances is thorough and worth it if you’re not caring about how fast you can cash out.

I recently reached out to update my phone number because I had received an email stating I had rewards(which surprised me) and the response on a Sunday even! was so fast! Unfortunately I couldn’t remember which phone number I signed up with, but they were able to find my account and see that I didn’t have any earnings waiting(oh well lol). I would recommend them! It’s a great app and great customer service!

I've been using the app for over a year and finally hit for a cash out. When I proceed it doesn't let me. When I reached out to customer service I was told that I could only receive the cash out if I signed up for a credit union. In the FAQ this was not stated. This app is a scam.

Debbie is a fun way to learn budgeting tips, ways to save, and ways to create side income. And the rewards are real and exciting to earn and watch it grow! It has been great watching my debt decrease on the Debbie app, and getting rewarded for it!

Its motivating and informative. Will definitely recommend if you need that motivation to get things done.

I love the modules every week, they are very informative and helpful. I like the monthly savings goals too!

The app lags a lot and will randomly disconnect my accounts but that is my only complaint.

If you are enrolling just bc you want the monetary rewards then you are being short sighted and missing the whole point. No other app rewards you with real money to learn about finances & yet people still complain that the rewards are too small? For a program that’s free? Yeah right haha if you actually paid attention to the lessons you’d realize they’re more valuable than any money- it’s about teaching you to fish not giving you the fish.

Been pretty disappointed in the app lately. It has glitched multiple times and not documented payments I have made or money I have put into savings. I was so excited to be reaching my goals, only to be totally let down that it wouldn't shoe up on the app.

The last time I sent a message about an issue I had of several payments not being documented, savings not being documented, and my goal actually going up rather than down after said payments, I sent screenshots of my issue. The customer service rep did nothing to help. Very disappointed with Debbie right now. Hoping it improves soon.

As soon as I read a Forbes article about Debbie, I had to give it a try. I signed up to be a Beta Tester and it’s the best decision I’ve made in years.

Nothing ever updates - and every time I try to “reconnect” my accounts, I get a message that something went wrong - I have gotten so frustrated that I am ready to just quit using the app.

Took too long to be able to cash out. Good info tho
