I was a little lost in the beginning, but overall it was so value add to get me focused on the right track for my business. If you are new to consulting and don't know where to start, this is the program for you. Tricia makes it easy with her clear step by step process, and her and Lindsay's coaching is second to none.

ThriveHive delivers some of the deepest, most thoughtful step-by-step teaching I’ve experienced in a program. The staff brings an incredibly generous spirit to everything they do—you genuinely feel supported, not judged. The volume of training is substantial, but it’s presented in a clear, well-organized way that makes the resources immediately actionable. Unlike a traditional university Master’s program, ThriveHive’s teachers truly feel invested in your success rather than trying to trip you up.

I really appreciated the weekly check-ins; they provided structure and accountability. The only thing I would have preferred is a consistent cohort group to meet with each week, as that would have helped build deeper connection and continuity.

One recommendation for future participants: try to read the homework before each meeting. I started my readings and assignments the week they were due and often felt like I was a step behind. Reviewing the syllabus ahead of time is also extremely helpful—this program covers a lot, and knowing what’s coming can make the experience even smoother.

My favorite part of ThriveHive is how Tricia has put together such a concise and effective way to help women package their skill sets into service offerings. There is a step-by-step process for taking your initial idea from concept to roll-out. Each week, there is a series of videos and calls to develop that area of your offer, ask questions, and get feedback.
