So I have bought 4 pallets from Jolie. It started with Ozzy. That’s the pallet that started the obsession for me. I then got Spellbound, Tainted and Cryptic. I couldn’t be happier with them. The colors are GORGEOUS and I have worn them every day since buying the first one! Now I will say that the fallout isn’t good, but I use my fallout catcher pads and there’s no more issue. I’ve gotten more compliments on the Jolie pallets than any other colors I’ve ever worn. I’m an Esthetician so I really like for my makeup to look good. I get compliments on my colors almost everyday! The shipping did take a minute but not any longer than anything else I have shipped to me. You know when you’re excited about something getting to you, it seems like it takes forever to get there. I just followed the tracking my package from DHL and I knew exactly where it was and when it would get to me. I’ve read a lot of the other reviews and I can say that I didn’t have the same experience. I’ll order from them again without a doubt. Just waiting on them to put out my next one so I can snatch it up. I’m a Jolie fan and I’ll be the first one to tell you about these gorgeous pallets.

Bought the Ozzy one for my wife, because we really like Ozzy. She loves it! waiting for a good event to use the products! and i made a mistake and customer service fixed my order. That was very nice of them! 5 stars!

Beautiful palette

I have tried almost every brand of makeup. I was a Counter Manager of a major cosmetics brand at a department store. Never before I have experienced such joy and inspiration than I do with Jolie Beauty products. Anything I can image, I can create using their wide range of products and truly amazing palettes. The palettes might seem expensive, but then you realize that you are getting 28 beautiful colors that are meant to be used together to create a million different color stories, it is actually a steal! I have their powders, lip stains, eyeshadow palettes in Til Death, Spellbound, Tainted, and Cryptic, their blush, highlighters, almost all of their liquid lipsticks, and several glosses. I am determined to eventually get one of everything. Not every product is perfect (Carnevil lipstick doesn’t have the same staying power as the others), but they are all very very good!

Finding a true Indie, Alternative/Goth makeup brand isn’t easy. But finding one that is so consistently excellent in their products and is very good at a shipping is amazing! I also love the brand identity; it is all about self-love, confidence, and embracing everyone as is. The creator of Jolie Beauty is a gorgeous former model, and yet she is so kind online and can be silly and down to earth. Their brand identity and the Jolie’s personality makes me want to support them. I look forward to doing my makeup because I know that if I can imagine it, i can create the look with my Jolie Beauty products. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Placed order 24/12 still waiting, no dispatch notice, missing a full order. Starting to think the company is fraud. Refusing to give me my money back. Please review on trust pilot before you buy from this company. I will never buy from these again !

The colors look nothing like the swatches online. I purchased skull and shadow and both are warm browns.

Ordered the Skullpted Cream Contour and the colour looked different when opened to the image online, but because the seal is now broken they're refusing to help - even though the item is untouched.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase, especially considering all the money we've spent with them previously.

I ordered the ozzy make up brushes for my partner for Christmas.
It’s now 3 weeks later and I have not heard anything back.
I have emailed multiple occasions to ask about my order.
This is Terrible customer service.
Considering I paid for first class delivery too.
Absolute scam artists.

I got my items, however I was incredibly disappointment. I got the new contours, 'Skull' and 'Bone' because the pictures AND description said they were grey. I really wanted to purchase as looking more 'dead' is my aesthetic. When they arrived they looked NOTHING like the picture. Neither of them were grey or cool tones. Skull looked somewhat like the picture but Bone, the lightest shade was nothing like the colour and literally looked too similar to Skull. If I'd known this I wouldn't have purchased. They photoshop their images to death.. I tried to contact them via Instagram and email and even though they saw what I'd put they didn't respond to me. They just respond to positive feedback. Spend your money on makeup brands that don't deceive their customers. I was going to use it for a new years eve party but because the shades were wrong I had to improvise something else. Waste of money in my opinion!

Received my order with one main item missing. Customers service responded with, 'We will have to wait to see if the cctv captured if the item was packaged or not!'.
They then requested that I provide a photograph of the shipping box, of which I had already explained to her was 'soaking wet on arrival and falling apart at the bottom'.
She went onto explain that she was 'unable to create a missing items case without a photograph'.
I then proceeded to dig out the flat packed box from my dustbin and sent these to her via email.
It has been three weeks since that said date and absolutely no response, refund or credit note- even when I exclaimed these were gifts for my daughter; absolutely no empathy and even less customer care.

Avoid this company they're not fit for purpose.

I placed an order on October 10th for the Ozzy palette and a lip stain. After a couple of weeks with no shipping update, I reached out and was told my order included a pre-order item — something I was not aware of at checkout. I was informed it would ship on November 7th.

This was disappointing because I originally ordered the products for Halloween, and I also had to provide a new address due to a house move. I accepted the updated date, but I then needed to continue emailing for updates, and my order wasn’t shipped until November 19th — 12 days after the stated ship date.

I understand delays happen, but it would be good customer service for Jolie Beauty to proactively notify customers when a delay occurs, rather than leaving them to find out only after asking. My experience has put me off ordering in the future, especially since after searching online, there are many others who have similar experiences.

Pessima esperienza. Acquistato Yoly skin; consegnato non funzionante, chiedo il rimborso e mi viene proposto il cambio; accetto ma… nulla mi è stato più consegnato. Ho scritto numerose mail, rimaste senza risposta. Non fidarsi è meglio.

Ordered some lip stains, as Christmas presents for my daughter in law, which arrived really quickly.

After receiving an email on October 8th saying another lip stain I was interested in was back in stock I immediately ordered it. After waiting around 2 weeks I queried the delivery date and was told it was a pre-order (when I purchased it the website said in stock) and they were awaiting stock. It eventually arrived 4 - 5 weeks after ordering.

Be careful if you are ordering for an upcoming occasion as it may not arrive in time

I have not received my item. The company claims that my item shows as delivered on the map but it's not coordinated to my actual address. I have been begging for weeks for a replacement or refund. I have not been respected or listened to. Would not recommend.

Ordered Ozzmosis Palette on August 3. Item didn’t arrive until October 2 and one of the shadows was broken. Contacted Jolie Beauty “customer service” and was told they can offer a store credit for $15. A credit does me no good since I had no plans to purchase from this company again. When I asked for info on how to return for a refund, they did not respond. I messaged again to no response.

I posted several times to Jolie Beauty Facebook and they deleted my messages!!

Messages from other frustrated customers in Jolie Beauty Facebook posts stated they were not able to get any response from customer service until they filed a complaint through PayPal.

So now I have filed a complaint through PayPal and Jolie Beauty has still yet to respond. It looks like I paid $70 US for an item that is broken and Jolie Beauty just don’t give a crap.

Please take my experience to heart and do not order from this company. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in all my years of purchasing items online. Horrendous customer service. Hopefully enough people will complain.
