Received the new vampirism palette and absolutely love it just like my sorceress and intergalactic palette it is amazing and beautiful the pigmentation is excellent and the shimmers are just stunning 😍

Ordered and arrived promptly and in good condition. The packaging is beautiful and the pans are a nice large size. The quality is amazing, so much pigment and the best glitters iv tried. I don't normally use them because they are so messy and scratchy but these are nice. I love the duo chrome shifting shades and the shimmer toppers. Nothing in this palette let me down. It is a bit more expensive than your drugstore palettes (alot less than other high end ones) if you want to treat yourself or have problem skin then I think it's well worth the money. I would buy from Jolie again and recommend them.

I have ordered from this company quite a few times-order processing and postage time is usually quite quick. They run sales and promos fairly often, and the products I have bought have been lovely.

The eyeshadow pallets are awesom, the liquid lipstick are a bit meh but the customer service side sucks. I ordered the 17th (Sunday) so I don't expect shipping that day but today is the 22nd and I still have no update, no delivery, no reply to my email or my tweet! I paid for 2-3day shipping so if it were shipped Monday it should have been here today but I have had no update of any kind! If you're buying from them in a rush, don't bother or if you're ordering don't pay for the fastest shipping because you won't get what you pay for! The fact that I can't even get a reply to my email makes me angry, none of us are valued customers and I probably won't be buying anything after this order ☹
Will be a week tomorrow, still not here and had no update from Jolie. I managed to get a reply in the form of a tweet to send an email as apparently they had replied to all the tickets they had open but yet hadn't replied to mine. So I sent another, still no reply and had no more replies on twitter! I today opened a PayPal dispute, they clearly aren't going to reply, send me my order 😔
So I asked them to not send it after they finally replied, they sent it anyways and they want me to to close my PayPal dispute but PayPal says I shouldn't if I'm waiting for a refund because I can't reopen the dispute but Jolie says they can't refund when I have a dispute open but they don't reply to my dispute!

I've ordered 3 pallets now and couldn't love them anymore. I have really sensitive skin and this has no reaction at all. Super fast delivery and a really good selection of colour. Thanks Jolie ♥️

Ordered the Sorceress palette, quick delivery, well packaged. This palette is absolutely stunning, the colours are gorgeous especially the duo chromes and glitters. The formula is soft, buttery and super pigmented, it blends effortlessly. Would recommend and will certainly order more products in the future.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would! Paid for next day delivery, 72 hours on still no delivery made, Royal Mail don’t even recognise the supposed tracking number they sent! Tried emailing customer service and no responses.. can’t help but feel I’ve been scammed!!

Placed an order on the 11th January, wasn’t given any tracking information other than a number which did not work on the Royal Mail site.

I emailed them on the 17th asking about the whereabouts of my package was, they got back to me straight away saying that it had been delivered etc they asked me to write and sign a statement saying that I hadn’t received it- so I did. On the back of that I asked what would happen in the meantime, and was told I had to wait up to 48 hours for Royal Mail to get back to them and because it was a gift it wouldn’t get here on time so I asked for a refund instead of a replacement.

Now baring in mind when communicating via email they were responding within a matter of minutes, but as soon as I asked for a refund, nothing. It has now been a week since I requested a refund and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back, I chased this up yesterday and today- still no response even though I did everything required of me.

Judging by the looks of the reviews they are reluctant to give people their money back. So I will be contacting clearpay regarding a refund.

I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Here’s an update to your response, I’ve given a week for a response. Not a day. All you had to do was respond instead of ignoring me and it’s quite fully that you give far more information on here rather than in your condescending response.
I have had no email from you two days ago.
If I’ve had an issue with any other company in the past they’ve sent out a replacement immediately or offered a refund. Like I said, terrible customer service.

I do not want replacement items. I want a refund. They are of no use and I refuse to support your company.

Excellent quality, high pigment eyeshadow and beautiful glitters. The sorceress pallet is possibly the most beautiful eyeshadow pallet I have used in years. I love the array of colours, You can make so many different looks with this pallet, and the glitter works well without glitter glue. The Delivery was fast. I will definitely be buying more products from this brand.

I bought an Air Matte Liquid Lipstick and a Radiance Essential Collection 18 Shade Eyeshadow Palette - OMG, I absolutely love both products!! The lipstick stays on for ages - it's incredible. The Eyeshadow Palette is stunning - from the beautiful sparkly packaging to every gorgeous shade on the palette. Highly recommend both products!

I love Jolie Beauty. They have amazing products, great customer service and pretty fast shipping to the US. They are definitely my favorite place to order makeup from, especially with their products being cruelty free and vegan. Even the glitter they have is biodegradable which is amazing! I definitely recommend ordering from them especially if you need awesome eyeshadow palettes!

Super helpful when my order got lost just before Christmas and they had a replacement sent out a few hours later which are rived just in time.

I tried several products from Jolie Beauty and, so far, I've been always happy by its quality, style, colour range and performance.

The customer service is very kind and fast and shipping are as well, I live in the same city.

I love supporting local business and I couldn't recommend more than I do!

I really really wanted to like this product but sadly I don’t...
I was using glossier future dew but saw this and decided to give it a go.
It’s ok as a night oil but it’s not a primer. My makeup slides off my face sadly. Also I CANNOT stand the smell...it’s like petrol or diesel. Absolutely vile I’m afraid.
I will continue using this at night but I probably wouldn’t waste your money for an oil based primer / product for the day.
I have used it on its own and it does sink in ok but really I’m sold on this.

Love this company, first of all the delivery was super fast .I love my vivacious pallet and neon pigments. The colours are so vibrant,blendable and have stayed on all day.

I have already placed my order for 2 more palettes and more pigments. Cant get enough of the glitter !!

Came across Jolie Beauty by chance on Instagram. Like a lot of people, I am always looking out for a unmovable lipstick that won’t smudge under a face mask. I ordered two shades of their pink ‘Air Matte Liquid Lipstick’.

I couldn’t be happier. They are gorgeous, plus they won’t shift a millimetre and they’re not tested on animals. Great price wise. Arrived quickly and they have an easy to navigate website.
