Warning! Made an order on the 13th of June. Have now sent several emails and have also tried to DM them on Instagram and leave comments there with zero response. Would like to add that I see them being active on Instagram so they're actively ignoring me. I feel so scammed and I want my money back. Will never order from them again.

Adding after their response here on trustpilot: Gotten exactly zero emails from them. Checked everywhere. They could just have replied on one of my several emails to them to be sure that the email is getting through. Still waiting on a reply.

I recently had a package go missing in the Royal Mail during transit. I contacted Jolie Beauty who were able to locate my package and get it moving again. They continued to track the package until I received it! I order A LOT of makeup and this BY FAR has been one of the best customer service experiences that I've had! The brand has gained a lifelong customer!

Placed an order on the expensive side in march….
I was patient for 3 months of never getting my package because of customs and the sellers choice of shipping company.

I had fine correspondences till the end of may, when I asked for a refund. I’m a student and spending 130£ is a lot of money, when you never get anything for it.

Would have loved to try their products. But since my last mail got ignored and I’ve lost that much money. What else could I do but warn others?

Last mail sent June 20th and haven’t heard a single thing. And posting this July 5th.

My second order with this company, second nightmare trying to actually RECIEVE the product!
First time, they never contacted me to tell me the item was out of stock, and I had to chase it up for a week. I really liked the product though, so on the 1st of this month, I ordered again, with a 2-3 day delivery promise.
It's now the 15th, and it's still not showing as sent. Attempts to communicate with customer service have been abysmal, and their one response that they'll look into it has borne no fruit and now they're not responding at all.
I am asking for a refund, as clearly, the order is not coming, and to be honest, I no longer want it.
No response, no help.
Absolutely unethical, and it's a shame, I'd have seen the first experience as a one-off fluke, and happily been a long time customer. But now I'm totally soured to them.

I have 4 pallets plus the highlighting palette and I have not been disappointed once great pigments comes out amazing and blend so amazing together I'm definitely a customer for life!!! Also I made a purchase and didn't realize I had a 15% off coupon and I emailed Jolie and they are actually honoring my coupon after the purchase which is amazing!!!

I recently purchased the Intergalactic palette and the colors are actually so stunning, multi shift shades and perfect chunky glitters.😍🥰 It's everything I wanted!♡ Thank you! These greens are gorgeous!😁👽

The shades are nicely pigmented in both palettes and they are a great spooky, inclusive brand that cares about their customers.
Good customer service and interactive on feedback via their social media.

High pigmented products and gorgeous color options

This was my 1st time ordering from this Company so I’d admit, when my packages were taking longer for me to receive, I got worried. Come to find out, the Postal Services in their County went on strike. That’s not the Company’s fault.
I emailed them and they emailed me right back and explained everything to me. They also kept emailing me to keep me updated on my packages. Now, that’s a lot being a small indie brand so I really appreciate that.
I could go on and on how wonderful the customer service is!! When I received my packages, I checked everything to make sure nothing was broken or missing. Everything was there and nothing was broken and that alone, says a lot about their packaging. I really appreciate that.
I will most definitely recommend Jolie Beauty to everyone I know. Not to mention, the prices are wonderful, which is shocking because their eyeshadow’s and lipsticks are great quality. That’s the only thing’s I’ve tried so far but now I really want to order more of their makeup!!
If you haven’t tired Jolie Beauty, you should. I don’t have anything in my makeup collection like there’s and I own ton’s of makeup!! Definitely a Goth girls/boys dream makeup brand or anyone that loves makeup in general.
Please, if anyone are having a problem with shipping, please be patient and your items will arrive. Well worth the wait but again, it’s not the companies fault.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Jolie Beauty's makeup palette and I was extremely impressed with the quality and pigmentation of the colors. The shades blended seamlessly and lasted all day. Not only was the product fantastic, but the customer service was outstanding. The team was helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I also appreciate that the brand is cruelty-free and environmentally friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer and will be purchasing all of my future makeup needs from Jolie Beauty. I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for high-quality and ethically made makeup products.

I ordered a Zombified pallet from them. I had issues with my order getting no status updates and just being stuck somewhere in the transit process. Couldn’t get in contact with customer support for more than a week, eventually the e-mail from another address got to them. The responses were slightly apathetic although consistent and they sent out another pallet. This one finally got to me - AFTER A MONTH, which is ridiculous, but surprisingly i didn’t need to pay any import taxes, so that was nice. To be honest I don’t think the pallet itself was worth 58€, It’s not particularly pigmented and dusts off pretty easy, maybe some heavy primer would help a little, but I’m really not sure. It also has a few glittery ones with REALLY strange sugar scrub texture and i don’t see where they could be used, since they feel really rough on the skin. To add to that it says it’s made in PRC which is basically China, so I’m not sure how much of a unique product you’re getting. The packaging is nice and the mirror is quite big, so there’s that. In conclusion the brand seems a bit overpriced for what you get and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to purchase from them again.

Edit: so primer helps, you can build it up a lot better, however i just realised, that most of the colors are a lot less vibrant in person than they are on the website’s product photo. A lot of them look quite pastel-y and some look almost identical to others.

Ordering from a company that isN't well known is always stressful. Jolie Beauty's Ethereality Eyeshadow Palette was advertised on FaceBook. The color story, the packaging design, and formula are AMAZING. Be prepared to be patient with ith Pre-Ordering and the free, non-trackable shipping. However, Costumer Service is wonderful. My concerns were always addressed. I will definitely be placing orders in the future!

Another order , another dissapointment.
The lipstick shades are Nothing like the colour chart. Ordered several mixed shades in the sale and reds came as orange and the browns were a light nude. So misleading!
Three stars because the glitter pallette was amazing.
Tried the mocha lip stain and it just started burning!

I love Jolie Beauty! Their products are top-notch quality - gorgeous, well matched colours that look and feel great on the skin. Customer support was friendly and super quick to respond - the problem was solved in no time.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is beacause you can count on 1 full month delivery time which can be super frustrating.

My sorceress pallet and forest fairy air matte liquid lipstick arrived today. I'm absolutely stunned, beautiful items. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition 100% recommended.

Ordered an in stock gift set with the website stating delivery would be same day despatch on 29th June. No notification of despatch by 6th July so I emailed.
By some mysterious coincidence thst same day I received a tracking email from Royal Mail, except when I follow the tracking reference the item still hasn't been despatched by Jolie.
I ordered this in plenty of time ( 2 weeks) for a particular festival. I very much doubt it will arrive in time, if at all, and I'll be £100 out of pocket
No actual reply to my email regarding the item though

It has now been a month since my order was sent and I still have non idea of when it will arrive (or if it will arrive at all at this point).
I've found the customer service fine but honestly not that helpful.

Update Lisa from Jolie has managed to resolve the issue with my emails, see her update below. I have to say I still highly recommend the product Ridiculash and will re purchase from Jolie when I need more

Dreadful customer service I set up a subscription for the lash serum and have had three of them however I have tried on numerous occasions to get help from customer service as I cannot find my subscription on my account in order to manage it. They have ignored me
completely. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Edit I have given you my email address each time I have emailed you plus the order number I will reply to you again but I have checked my emails today and still haven't had an email back from you. I have checked my spam folder it is t in there however I have had plenty of emails from your sales and of course the email last month telling me my order was coming out

While I was really disappointed from their shipping and delivery since it took more than a half month to reach— I am satisfied for the customer service and their consideration to help me with my package and get it on time quickly as possible. I really appreciate their customer service did everythint they can to get my package to me, and it was in really good condition when it arrived as well. I definitely recommend this company, but beware that the shipping/delivery might take longer depending on where you live. I live in Canada. So getting it from the UK from JolieBeauty took me one month and 2 weeks to get it here.

I have bought numerous palettes from Jolie and couldn't wait to get my new palette. Shipping was great, the colors were amazing, but the palette smelled like diesel fuel. I would like to buy another but I am leary now. I still have not used that particular palette as I don't want to put that smell( it has lightened) around my eyes. Why does it smell that way? The other palettes didn't. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Placed an order 8 days ago, with 2-3 day delivery for a birthday gift. No sign of it, sent a chaser email. Got an automated email saying it was now posted with 48 hour delivery. How does 2-3 days delivery become 10-11 days, no customer service and no birthday gift for my daughter, don't trust them to deliver on time. I need a refund as I had to get a different gift.

Edited to add, when I placed the order, for items listed as in stock, I paid for standard delivery, which states 2-3 days. I have emailed and messaged customer care via Facebook and received no replies at all, so asking me to contact you is a bit rich. It's taken days to reply to this. FYI the order arrived after 10 working days...v slow
