The vet is very polite and so good with animals only thing that let's this service down is trying to jion the pet club it's glitchy and won't allow it.

And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. First encounter.
First time in the store. The young lady behind the counter was lovely, very polite and very friendly. The store was clean and well lit. Products easy to find and competitive prices. Will definitely call again.
