Jollyes The Pet People - Congleton Reviews

Staff are super helpful at the Congleton branch..Good prices and quality too

Friendly professional staff service and helpful good products and well laid out store

The staff are lovely so helpful x they are very knowledgeable about the animals etc x

It’s not the company who is doing it right, it’s the managers and their staff at Congleton branch for me, They are amazing. I have been going for years. The managers remember your name and are so so helpful and the staff are very helpful, they know their products. Perfect pet shop for me

Very frequent visitor for cat and duck foods. Staff always very polite and extremely help and seem quite knowledgable.

Very helpful staff. I’m a little disappointed that you have discontinued the lose dog biscuits, I don’t have a lot of storage for the larger bags.

Shelves are always well stocked. Staff are friendly. Prices are good. The app is awful! Many times I have been unable to use vouchers I have earned because the app is down.

The staff were extremely helpful, a young girl with glasses helped me find exactly which products I was looking for, and even recommend some more that proved very useful. She was extremely polite and welcoming. Staff like this are a credit to any business, she needs a raise!
