We got good advice from Caitlin at the medical counter.She was very helpful and informative.Mu sons wee dog has Arthritis in her shoulder, and she guided us on what medication to try.Much cheaper than... Toon meer

Pricing was a bit confusing at dog food section, but overall good customer service. Could provide a better range of cat food as not as good as dog section and prices there need to be more competitive... Toon meer

Best pet store wish they had more in Scotland, something was missed in my click and collect raw food so easily done as it’s kept in a back freezer, I don’t live near the store and went back to collect... Toon meer

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Loved the shop and helpfulness of the…

Loved the shop and helpfulness of the staff. My only concern is that the freezer section at the rear of the store was jam packed with dog food, whereas I could only find 2 trays of cat food.
I would love to see more selection of cat food in the freezer as I have 2 cats and would make a point of shopping there more.

Better than pets at home

I thought I’d try Jollyes with little expectation. I found the shop to be the best value, best laid out and easy to navigate with many aisles of a lesser height than the competitor. I felt the selection was better and it majored on the items you want.
