From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. It was easy to find what i needed trying the wood pellets for my cats and the Riley biscuits they soooooooo love them Jackie who served me was so brilliant and gave me 5 sachets of gravy thank you I will keep coming back .

Friendly helpful staff
I'd been trying to register an acvount on the app but it would not confirm hence I couldn't use it. I thought I'd pop in the shop because I wanted some natural treats (dog loves rabbit ears). The member of staff who served me was lovely. I mentioned about the app and she set me up an account there and then.
Couldn't fault my visit with either staff or products.

First visit
We were greeted as soon as we walked in, smiling, and asked how our day was. Most places do not acknowledge visitors. We did not get much as there was not much variety for our vegan dog. overall we were happy.
