From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I didn’t get any help at the till with the cap trying to scan my items and had to do the heavy lifting of sacks to find bar codes myself .. staff seemed to be standing around chatting (3 of them) and not one offered to help

Forgot vaccine card , they were extremely helpful, spent 10mins searching the system to find her , so I wouldn’t have to come back ,I would highly recommend using this service . Well done for being extremely patient with me

Questions to help my Best friend
I came in with a question about my Best Friends skin and they had a staff member who had the same breed of best friend and was able to help me that way.
Very friendly, very helpful and the shop has a wonderful variety of products to browse and purchase.

I rang up and ordered 10 bags of dog…
I rang up and ordered 10 bags of dog food and arrived an hour later, it was stacked on a trolley ready to go in the car which they usually do for me.
