From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. The staff is always helpful and friendly at the Wycombe branch and I find Jollies to be generally more sensibly priced than others with a decent range of items. Their own food brand is great.

Poor stock of the food I needed
I’m only giving 3 stars this time as I had ordered online only to receive an email the next day to say the food is out of stock and I’ll get a refund.
I wasn’t believing low stock of Lifestage wet dog food so of I trot to the the store and there was only 1 multipack in stock. I did ask the guy what the issue was he didn’t know.
So sadly on this occasion I will only give 3 stars but hopefully next time there will be no issues and I’ll happily give 5 stars.

As normal the paw prints don't appear in my account even though I've spent over £10 and scanned my account at checkout. Customer services are unbelievably useless in the email exchanges.
The previous apps were useless too.
I'm fed up of discussing this with staff in store, even though my purchase does appear in my account no paw prints do so I miss out on vouchers and all offers
