Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Below par groom
While the staff were friendly and cared for my dog well the groom itself was well below par. Very little hair was cut off and several areas have not been touched at all and I have had to trim delicate areas myself.

Company has stopped having loose dog…
Company has stopped having loose dog biscuits. And worse, didnt have the biscuit wanted in the new packets. Have to go somewhere else now.

Maybe review your staff training.
Each time I visit the staff are slumped over the till and complained about hours being cut. I sometimes don’t even receive a hello at the till as they are so enthralled with their conversation.
I visit at least once a week for pet supplies and nothing has changed in a year.
