Friendly staff who are interested in our dog. Sales staff on the counter were pleasant and the groomer who clipped our dog's dew claws was excellent. We have a standard Dachshund so it's far from easy!!

Staff in shop very helpful in helping me choose dog food. Our dig has always been fed Lifestage trays but just recently had a skin infection (vet treated with antibiotics) and vet strongly advised to feed her Royal Canin hypoallergenic as she may be reacting to her food. Doesnt even look or smell like food & despite persevering there has been no improvement to her skin condition. Your colleague suggested Lifestage with salmon….huge improvement!
