From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Spent 25 minutes in PAH With a sore foot no approachable staff flea treatment purchase cards all messed up only to be told at till that they didn’t have the product I left went straight to jolly’s in the door and less than five minutes I was walking out all sorted no hassle with a member ship to the pet club 👍

Fantastic kind staff
I called into the Newtownabbey store shortly before 6pm on Saturday evening to get a dog tag for my puppy. I’d been to Pets at Home who I always use and their engraving machine was broken. I assumed they were also open to 7pm, but were actually closing and locking up. The staff were extremely helpful and did not mind staying on extra time on a Saturday evening to help me out with my purchase.

Staff were very helpfull , one man i have engaged with a few times on purchases , knows his stuff on products very happy and pleasent person to interact with , server on till very good lad too , in my opinion this encourages my return to the shop for future purchases , thanks to the employees very pleasent visit and shall return 👍

A nice and welcoming store
A nice and welcoming store. It took a few minutes to find a colleague to help me but as soon as I did, she stopped what she was doing right away and was really helpful.
I often visit another large pet retailer just a short walk from this store where the staff ignore customers, their customer service is poor and the store not very welcoming. It's a refreshing change to go into this Jollyes store to find it welcoming and the staff eager to assist.
