Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Took our pup stormi for her first visit to get some pup treats and toys she loved the new smells and most importantly her new toys, the staff where very helpful on advising us on which treats she could have with her young age we will definitely be back

Port Glasgow store
Staff in the portglasgow store are welcoming and greatly helpful we have a 9 month pup with an akward diet need and staff have helped us greatly with this
I have tried the store online but tbh prefer taking our pup in store she loves it as well
