Stock and availability of when in store
Store well stocked helpfull staff we went for dog cage for our new puppy , didn't have size we needed , but staff said new stock coming in Friday , we returned on Friday and stock in , had the size of cage we needed , very helpfull staff and were able to purchase a pefect size cage , very impressed with the store and service we received staff helpfull and will visit this store again

The store was very quiet
The store was very quiet, such a shame. Great offerings; nicely laid out; easy parking; friendly staff , but despite being empty staff didn’t really engage with us (or our dog) whereas in PetsatHome our dog is always greeted.

Good range of items, with good offers on.
This relatively new store has a good range of products and some excellent offers in store. My shopping experience was a good one, being able to get the items I wanted at a very competitive price. The staff member dealing with my purchase was polite and helpful.
