From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Didn't stock the specialist Royal Canin food I needed, which was urinary so.
Other than that, staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Vouchers
They were great ,asked at the till about the app and not received a voucher for a good while so the lady looked on my app to see last voucher which was 2023
She then got the manager his said he’ll sort it out.
Later that day he rang me and said he sorted it sent me an email with 4 vouchers on
And now they are on my app

Ralph loves his spa hour!
Ralph loves his spa hour. He's very excited when he realises where we are, when we get out of the car! He is treated so well by the Jollyes groomers and we're always pleased with the result.
