From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Staff were great with my grandchild
I needed to buy hay and some enrichment activities for my rabbits, however I was accompanied by my 20 month old grandchild. Staff were patient with him, spoke to him while he used my card to pay and waited while I retrieved him after he run off in the store. It makes a big difference when we are shopping for people to be patient and to talk to him.

Very up set with a jump on price
Very up set with a jump on price. The chicken food henergise has gone up 2 times this year from £6.98 to£9.00 big jump.

You have a fantastic team in Thetford, they are all so helpful always smiling and the knowledge they have of the products is great. But my go to person is Hayley she goes over and above to help everyone and has helped me with getting my rescued puppy back to full health!
