Bought two 30lt bags of cat litter and was offered no help to get them to my ca. This is the first time this has ever happened. I don't know if it was just down to being short staffed. I will see how it goes next time.

The young lady was extremely helpful
The young lady was extremely helpful, nothing to much trouble. She carried the very large bag if dog food out to my carem which I have to struggle to do. All the staff are very approachable.
