Excellent service from Jordan Guitars

Recently dealt with Steve at Jordan Guitars to part exchange my Rickenbacker 325 C58 for a Duesenberg Alliance Joe Walsh.

I probably asked Steve more questions and looked at more guitars than most customers 😂 but he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout, always responding quickly and never putting any pressure on me while I made my mind up.

The whole part-exchange process was really straightforward, I felt I was offered a great deal for my guitar, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.

The Duesenberg arrived safely, very well packed and exactly as described. I’ve already had a good play and absolutely love it – it looks, feels and sounds fantastic.

A massive thanks to Steve for all his help and patience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Jordan Guitars again and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Excellent man to do business with and was a very comfortable atmosphere, got to try out the Gibson r7 goldtop before making a deal. I was surprised of the effort and how great the condition was in for a rare guitar. I highly recommend purchasing from Jordan Guitars.

I had been looking for a Duesenberg guitar for a while and spotted 3 for sale at Jordan guitars. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable and he was happy to take an older guitar of mine in part-exchange.

We agreed on a trade-in price and I travelled up from London and met Steve and spent some time trying out the guitars. All 3 had been described very accurately and were in excellent condition. I’m delighted with the guitar I eventually chose and I think it was fairly priced.

I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Jordan Guitars again in the future.

Tremendous service. I part exchanged a guitar against a Gibson ES 335. Steve could not have been more welcoming or helpful. He has a wonderful selection of used guitars and priced them competitively. I didn’t feel rushed and tried 3 guitars before I settled on ‘the special one’.
