Do not use these guys dodgy car auctions everyone who bids with these guys finds their terms and conditions to ambiguous and hidden. Feel sorry for those who have been trapped and suffocated.

I have registered with you back in July and your terms and conditions are very ambiguous. My review is consistent with other reviewers on here.

Again it's a week since I wrote a review on these people ,they refuse to answer my calls and they have now resigned themselves to get people within their company to give reviews .I spoke to HMRS and a really nice person told me to file a report to them and they will give me a response to my issue on whether they have defrauded the HMRS.BUYERS BEWARE by the way they still haven't commented on this forum, Aidan

Very fast and easy

I purchased a van from Joseph&James through bidspotter to run as a family MPV. I'd called J&J prior to bidding to check details on the condition (which I'd recommend) - these were true to the vehicle (once I'd won and collected). The service agent (James) was very helpful / chatty - I could see how genuine he is and how the business is keen to offer good quality vehicles, despite the risk associated with auctions. You can trust what they say and I'd be happy to buy again via them.

Successfully won a bid for a Ford Ranger Wildtrak on Friday 9th February 2024 on Bidspotter. We paid in the region of £45,000 for the vehicle, this included the VAT & Auctioneer fees. Once we received the 2 invoices to pay we noticed it had the truck was a non starter. we called Joseph James wanting an explanation to why we had been sold a vehicle that had been falsely advertised. the guy who we spoke to was nothing more than rude and a know it all, he did eventually mention that the truck was stated in the auctioneer comments right at the bottom of the advertising page in a max size 6 font. we was told we had up till 5pm to cancel our order but we would only get back the money for the truck and VAT back the auctioneer fees were non negotiable and would not be getting this back. Not very helpful at at all and very abrupt!!!
