I’m so glad I discovered this app, I only wish it had been sooner!
I was so tired of spending money on meal kits that disappointed, and other planning services that still required me to shop for groceries. As someone with ADHD who also loves to cook and try new recipes, as well as feeding teens/20s on a tight budget, this app is an absolute LIFE SAVER. When I started planning my first week of meals with it, I kept waiting for the paywall - the “gotcha” moment - but it never came! Insane that this app is completely free PLUS it actually gives you money back with fun challenges and referrals!

Absolutely love this app. I was hesitant to use it at first because like most other meal planning apps you get roped into purchasing an expensive monthly subscription but not with Jow. Not only is it free to use but you can unlock cash by completing challenges and apply it towards your groceries. I use to struggle with meal planning and getting in the rut of having the same old things, but with Jow I have a wide variety of meals to choose from.

Jow is such an incredible app for recipes but also makes it so easy to grocery shop. I love that I can get Sprouts delivered through Instacart too! Its the neatest app and I cant wait to use all of these amaze recipes!

The app had so am yes different options for meals for my family. It was easy to add to my cart and edit with my selected store. The recipes were easy and delicious. This is making my life so much easier and I’m saving money.

Jow has simplified grocery shopping. I am so thankful to have found this app. It takes the guess work out of figuring out what’s for dinner each week!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jow! Since I have joined, my time and money have been saved! We are a busy household with teenagers, a toddler, work, and just life in general! Jow has saved us so much time when it comes to meal planning and shopping. I love the option to choose quick and easy meals, but I also love choosing recipes that will expand my cooking horizon! They have so many meal options to choose from that are kid friendly, budget friendly, and so much more! Another perk, is Jow puts all the ingredients you need in the cart, someone does the shopping for you, and you pick up or get it delivered. Give Jow a try, you won’t be disappointed! We love jow on our house! We were getting sick of eating the same meals week after week and we even tried a meal service but still we weren’t enjoying the meals. And then I discovered jow and how it not only created a meal plan, but created a grocery list for you!! It is so amazing and has save me so much time and money when it comes to grocery shopping. And my husband is thankful to be eating different meals that are delicious and healthy!

I love Jow! It is all of the ease, excitement and enjoyment of a meal kit service, but with REAL GROCERIES. For me, that means less waste - both food and paper/plastic/etc. I used to get meal kit services, and would be annoyed by getting, for example, a single egg. In that specific scenario, I much rather buy a carton of eggs, so I can make other dishes with the eggs later. Jow is flexible, you can tell them what ingredients you already have, or put together a menu that uses similar/same/like ingredients. I have saved (legit) hundreds of $$$ using Jow, and it has reignited my passion for home cooking.

Jow has been amazing for my daily routine! Meal planning used to feel like such a mental burden, but with Jow, everything is simple. The app helped me create personalized meal suggestions and generate a shopping list . Jow also makes sure all the ingredients I use are from my local grocery store .

I love how easy the app is to use and user-friendly the app is, and the fact that Jow helps me stay within a budget.

Jow has really helped me simplify my meals. Before, I used to waste a lot of time planning and grocery shopping, but now it’s much easier. I love the variety of recipes and the fact that I no longer waste food. It saves me time and makes meals more enjoyable. Honestly, I couldn’t do without it!

Jow makes my weekly meal planning so easy! I can choose from tons of recipes and have the items delivered to me or choose store pick-up.

Great app! I mostly use it to make sure I’m using my ingredients efficiently. I hate when produce gets used for one recipe and then the rest expires. Using this app, I’m able to pick recipes with overlapping ingredients. Then it creates my cart for me. I’m even able to remove items I already have in my pantry, like flour or sugar or other pantry staples. Super helpful and time saving.

Being able to shop my local H-E-B products while still getting the benefits of a meal planning service similar to Hello Fresh and Blue Apron is the real solution we've been needing. Planning meals while still shopping for staples has never been simpler and I love getting to pick up my groceries from my local store instead of spending more on shipping. It's a REAL solution. I'm pleased with how user friendly the app is and how it integrates H-E-B deals along with Jow perks. I'm obsessed. This is the future of grocery shopping!!

I’m a mom of 2 and night shift nurse, so I’m always looking for ways to lighten my mental load where grocery shopping and meal planning is concerned! The app allows you to easily meal plan, the recipes are AMAZING, and the app caters to every dietary need and preference. It minimizes food waste too, which I find to be so helpful. This app has saved me time and the hassle of taking both of my small children into the grocery store with me.
