Bought some birdies and some string from them, the shipping was fast, and with big orders they throw in a free shipping and a free goodie, like a tote bag. I have no complaints.

Worst online purchase experience I’ve had. Avoid.
What I ordered: Yonex Power Cushion 65 Z4 men’s shoes, white, size UK 8.
What I paid: £133 total — £95 for the shoes + £38 shipping.
When I ordered: Expected delivery March.
What actually happened: Nothing, for five months.
The timeline:
1. Order placed with delivery expected March. I paid £38 shipping at checkout, which was the rate JoyBadminton themselves set.
2. Months passed with no shipment.
3. I was then asked to pay an additional shipping charge on top of the £38 already paid.
4. After more waiting, I was asked AGAIN — a second extra charge of £22 — with the explanation that international shipping is “excessively high” and customers must cover half.
5. When I refused the second extra charge and pointed out I had already paid £38 at checkout, they cancelled my order and informed me — only at this point — that the shoe had been “sold out nationwide in the US and in many countries worldwide.”
So to be clear: they accepted my money for a preorder, held it for five months on stock they could not supply, attempted to extract additional payment from me twice during that period, and only disclosed the stock situation when I refused to pay more.
The same shoe is available in the UK for around £130 delivered. I could have had them months ago. The only reason I waited was because I’d committed to this order in good faith.
Now I’m chasing a refund on a card that has since been cancelled, which is an additional hassle entirely of their making.
If you are based outside the US, do not order from this site. The “preorder” model appears to be a way of holding customer money on stock they may not actually have, with extra shipping charges layered on later. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — buy locally.

Is it a genuine company?
I'm not so sure. It is Zero Stars really. I ordered a pair of Yonex Shoes for £110 and they added £38 Shipping Cost, which happens to be more than double the cost of sending a similar item the opposite way. So, I paid £148 by Credit Card...next thing they sent me an Invoice for £18.64 towards Shipping Cost!!! I wrote to help@support, told them that they were charging twice for Shipping, they didn't want to know, didn't understand their own website or Invoices and simply continued to demand the additional payment with no explanation. I requested my query be escalated, they refused, repeatedly, just kept demanding the additional payment. I requested it be treated as a formal complaint...NOTHING. Order cancelled. Any outfit that doesn't understand it's own systems must ring alarm bells.
