i was a bit skeptical at first, and it seems like i was skeptical for no reason. i got a nice discount and got the key instantly

I ordered a steam key for the 12-month Old School Runescape membership DLC from them and paid for it through Klarna. I didn't receive my key immediately, but on the Klarna app it said that the order was being processed, so I waited 8 hours or so before contacting JoyBuggy through their chat function on their website to ask for clarification if the delayed processing was why I hadn't received my key yet.

The customer support then tells me about how I wouldn't be able to redeem the code anyways and does not answer my question despite me clarifying that I've purchased the 1-month version of the membership from a different store and used it without any issues, so as long as what they were selling was the steam DLC for the 12-month membership, as it says on their site, I would have been able to redeem it as well. Up until this point it could have been just a misunderstanding or a communication error, but then I'm suddenly told that my order was cancelled and refunded. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted to know why I hadn't received my key yet. I wasn't even asked if I'd like a refund or anything, it felt like customer service just thought I was too dumb to know what I'm doing and decided to do me a favor.

I was tired of talking in circles so I ended the chat. I checked the refund later and they didn't return the full amount, as they take 5% of the cost to cover the financial cost of the refund. So in short they didn't answer my questions about the delivery time for the key and cancelled the purchase without asking if that's what I would like, forcing a refund where I end up losing 5% of my payment without me being able to do anything about it.

This was just a frustrating experience and frankly the shittiest customer service I've experienced. I can see that most people have had a good experience with them, so I may just be an outlier, but personally I would strongly advice against buying anything from here.

This is probably useless review since the site is well known and trusted but I got what I paid for as soon as the payment went through :) thanks!

Quick delivery of the code, easy payment, no problems

I purchased a game for my pc, at half the cost of the other retailers, there were two other sites who offered similar or cheaper deals, but once reaching the payment site they would add on service charges and inflate the price, JoyBuggy didn't and stayed true to their pricing, this is the first time I have used them, and it was fast, efficient and the cheapest! Within 2 seconds of paying the CD key was available to me, I promptly registered this on my game platform and viola, it was what I ordered and came with a little extra DLC that wasn't mentioned in the description!

I will definitely be using them again if they keep their prices low.

Made a purchase from JoyBuggy a while ago using a discount code from a promo they had. Soon after this, I received an email directly from JoyBuggy Support asking me where I got the discount code, and they then tried to make me pay the discounted amount by sending me a PayPal invoice without any explanation. I've never had a more uncomfortable or gross experience with any store of any kind. Extremely unprofessional.

As soon as they notified me that my pending order price had already increased I fully expected them to say I was out of luck and move on - but they honored the fact I had started the order before the price increase. Good site, keys are official but you have to create an account, no guest checkout and it's not clearly displayed so i stayed a long while on the cart not understanding why the checkout process didn't start but bonus for the klarna payement system !

No issues, all codes have worked thus far.

One comment though: I wish it was possible to add social logins from the account edit page

I was a little anxious, as this was my first time buying with JoyBuggy, but everything went well.
