Bad Christmas experience, not their fault
Update: Ubisoft DID indeed have their servers goofed, and they were unable to communicate this to me, but thanks to Joybuggy's very tech savvy team, my problem was diagnosed immediatly (although they could not help me) by the customer support, which is honestly one of the best customer support experiences I've had in years. Kudos, refreshing experience in the end, will buy again.

Die sonst übliche Form der Übermittlung des Schlüssels per E-Mail wurde durch automatische Integration in die unterstützte Gaming-Plattform sauber abgekürzt. Weniger Aufwand zum Erreichen von Spielerlebnis in noch kürzerer Zeit geht eigentlich nicht. Echt Super..

Was hesitant about using this website, but it worked seamless. The only complaint I have about the site is trying to use the search bar at the top, for some reason I couldn't search No Man's Sky. I had to find it by going through searching the game developers company name. So far so good. Thanks.
