preordering was easier than Eneba
preordering was easier than Eneba - the product description detailed that buying the game before it was released actually guaranteed the pre-release bonuses.

I Pre-Ordered the Elden Ring Erdtree…
I Pre-Ordered the Elden Ring Erdtree Edition from JoyBuggy.com initially I did have to wait a couple of short days for my key due to Bandai Namco's end which I was informed about when enquiring about it.
A little bit of patience and a couple of days later I now have my key, redeemed no issue and I can jump into Elden Ring straight away and get to where i need to be ready for when the DLC drops, and the pricing was so much more affordable than other places while still supporting the game developers.
Will absolutely use this store again in the future!

Pleasant experience
Everything went well. -5% discount was a pleasant bonus which set the price lower than anywhere else. I got an instant access to the game key ("Show Code" button) after the payment was done. The whole thing took like 2 minutes. Also, the shop UI is calming and the basic dark theme enhances the experience.

Got my key fast but...
Got my key fast, but they charge a fee for using PayPal. I haven't seen any other sites do this, so while their prices may be a couple dollars cheaper, that's made up for and more by the fees.

Hey Hornet,
Big thanks for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear you got your key swiftly – that's always our goal. 🎮
On the PayPal fee, you've got a point, and we truly appreciate your candid feedback. Here's the scoop: While we strive to keep our game prices as low as a dungeon crawler's stealth level, PayPal's fees for transactions are like facing a mini-boss – tough and unavoidable. That's why, unlike our +20 other payment methods which are like finding a rare loot with no strings attached, PayPal comes with that extra fee.
We totally get how this can be a bit of a plot twist, especially when you're counting on those savings. It's a balancing act for us – offering competitive prices while navigating the high seas of payment processing costs.
If you're ever looking to dodge those fees on your next quest, our treasure chest of other payment options is wide open, all with zero extra charge.
We're here to make your gaming adventures as epic and affordable as possible. Your feedback is like a map – it helps us find ways to improve and ensure our community has the best experience.
Thanks again for choosing us, and we hope to turn those 3 stars into a perfect score on your next journey with us.
Game on,
Martin from JoyBuggy 🕹️✨
Good service
Immediately got my product key and got a quick response from the team with answers to my issue. Only negative is that the customer contact info is a bit difficult to find.

Hey Hobert,
First off, massive apologies for the boss-level frustration you've encountered—not just with the key but also in trying to flag us down for help. Definitely not the epic quest experience we want any gamer to have.
Our guild's always here to assist, whether it's through the sorcery of live chat (look for the blue beacon on our page's bottom) or by sending a raven (okay, more like an email) to support@joybuggy.com. Plus, you can always hit reply on your order confirmation email to get directly in touch with our support mages.
About those keys, it seems you've got a bundle of three. Sometimes, they can be a bit tricky, like trying to solve a puzzle in an RPG. If you give them a go one by one, there's a good chance we'll unlock that next level together.
We're really looking forward to sorting this out for you and turning that 1-star adventure into a 5-star epic. Let's team up and get this fixed!
Game on,
Martin from JoyBuggy 🎮
