I used JP Man and Van on the recommendation of a friend, and I’m very glad that I did. Oleksandr was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating throughout the move. Joseph was also great in helping to organise everything and was very flexible when I needed to make changes to the booking. I’d happily recommend them.

Great guys, they arrived on time (even a little early), helped me move, and carried my non-dismantling sofa out of the apartment 👍

This is the second time using this removal firm I can’t fault them always on time and are professional in what they do. If you are looking for a removal company this is the one the guys are friendly and are willing to help in all situations with the move and the price is very very competitive.

Joseph and his crew moved us to Paris and back over last couple of years. They are fantastic. Very efficient, fast, helpful, friendly and fast. Highly recommended. Will be using them again without a doubt.

I have used their service four or five times now, including my recent move to a new flat, and I have always been very happy with the experience. The team are professional, reliable, and efficient, and they handle everything with great care. Communication has been clear throughout, and the process has always been smooth and stress-free. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service.

Showed up on time and picked up over 20 bicycles to drive them to charity. The service was friendly and easy to book. Would use it again.

We've been helped with two moves by JP Man and a Van, and both have been great, the latest was yesterday, needed a lot of things moved from London into storage. J himself is easy to communicate with and he sorts things out with clear pricing, so all great there. And the nice chaps who come along have always been good people, on time and friendly and boy, they make light work of heavy items!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or ask them to help again if we ever need to.

My experience with JP Van Movement was mixed, and the main issue was communication clarity.

Before the move, I explained that the distance was short, and the quote provided seemed reasonable. In our messages, the term “driver” was used, which led us to assume that a vehicle would arrive for the move. To be fair, the word “van” was never explicitly confirmed, so this appears to have been a misunderstanding caused by unclear communication.

During the move, communication with the on-site staff was extremely difficult. We had to rely on translation software for almost every exchange, which made coordination slow and stressful.

The most disappointing part was a phone call with the company when I tried to explain the situation and seek a practical solution. I was told: “It’s stupid to rent a van for this short distance.”
Even if this was intended as a practical opinion, the wording was inappropriate and felt disrespectful.

For fairness, I accept that there may have been wording misunderstandings, and I had no major issue with the quoted price.

The core issue for me is professionalism in communication.

When a customer seeks clarification, language such as “it’s stupid” is inappropriate and undermines trust.

Service disagreements can be resolved; disrespectful wording is what made this experience disappointing.

Wonderful experience! Driver was on-time, efficient, and very helpful. I didn’t pack my fragile items with bubble wrap so I was a bit concerned at first, but nothing broke and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend 10/10!

On time, great service and lovely people

We have used this moving company many times and have never had any issues. The team is always willing to help and has even gotten us out of a bind when our schedule changed last minute. Everyone is friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They handle everything with great care, with no damage and no mess, and always make sure everything is placed exactly where we want it. It’s rare to find a crew that works this hard and keeps such a positive attitude the whole time. We will definitely keep using them and recommend them to anyone needing reliable movers.
