Lisa booked myself and partner the gran prix at Abu Dhabi , we had a fantastic time , from the booking to our holiday fantastic communication from lisa.

We arranged our airport transfers and a trip to the marina with Lisa & Scott. From the moment of contacting with our enquiry they have been nothing but very helpful and accommodating.

JRT have so many contacts to arrange excursions and take the stress away by planning and arranging everything.

Lisa and Scott went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing birthday on my first trip to dolphin house always kept in contact and are very friendly approached they do amazing at there job and make sure everything goes smoothly with your trip aswell your transport Lisa has helped me prior to coming out to Hurghada aswell as being out here and will defo be using them again when we come back out hopefully next year

I booked a desert quad bike safari in hurghada for my husband and daughter. They were absolutely thrilled with their day, which included a camel ride and a visit to a bedouin village. The uide was knowledgeable, the transfers were prompt and Lisa checked in at every step to make sure things were running according to plan. Also reasonably priced, and all together made one of the best experiences of the holiday. Thank you Lisa, I wish we had found you earlier the holiday!

We booked a trip on the semi-submarine through JRT Travel with Lisa, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the start, Lisa was incredibly helpful — the fact that she’s British instantly put me at ease and drew me to book with her. As it was our first time in Egypt, I was naturally a little wary of scams and the language barrier, but booking through Lisa gave us complete peace of mind.

She organised everything for us at short notice and was always available to answer questions, no matter the time — her 24/7 support was amazing. Since Lisa lives in Hurghada, she really knows the area inside out, which was such a bonus.

The trip itself was brilliant — we even had drinks provided, which was a lovely touch. When we returned from the submarine, our driver was ready and waiting to take us safely back to our hotel.

You feel very safe and supported at all times and have constant contact and updates re pick up and trip times ,
you even receive a picture of the driver and car of who will be picking you up so you know exactly who you are with and again feel very safe and secure

Lisa was amazing helping us book our Dolphin house boat trip! It was easy and stress free. She was very professional and friendly. It was a wonderful and memorable day. I will definitely be using Lisa and JRT Travel to book more excursions!!
