I found JSB Furniture whilst looking for a Mammoth Shine mattress. Their prices were a few hundred pounds cheaper than any other retailer locally or across the internet. Although there was a wait for delivery, this was made perfectly clear from the outset (Mammoth mattresses made on-demand). Delivery was however, arranged by them on a date (Sunday pm) suitable for ourselves, and sooner than expected.
Excellent communication from JSB, via email and phone. Delivery was monitorable on the delivery map which updated frequently. Very handy, as I was able to step out of our house even before the van turned into our road.
We would definitely use JSB again in the future, and shall look there first if we need any other items.

Online ordering process was easy, prompt response by phone to arrange a suitable delivery time, efficient delivery service/ collection of used mattress.

My order was stress free and the Matt was delivered earlier than the expected 3-4 weeks. The delivery company kept us informed and were polite and helpful. The mattress is apparently very comfortable much more so than the mattress in a box that was returned as too hard for my daughter

The delivery driver was really helpful and so prompt, I wanted to get away soon and he arrived at about 8.10 it was to be between 8 and 11.00 am. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him pulling up. He also took away my old mattress, so helpful.

Thank you for my beautifully made headboards. Which were packaged well, delivered on time and with great care.

The 2 reclining chairs I ordered were very well made and perfect when they arrived. The communication from JSB was great and I knew exactly when they were being delivered. The chairs arrived exactly when promised. A very good transaction all round.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED A BED NEARLY 2 MONTHS AGO. THEY SAY THEY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY which they did not AND THEN SLAPPED ME WITH A £50 INVOICE FOR REDELIVERY. KEEP YOUR STINKING BED. LIARS AND SCAMMERS

I found them easy to order from, helpful and quick to respond when I had a query via email. The delivery people were efficient and delivered within the given time slot. The mattress I ordered is the most comfortable I've had in years. Overall we are very pleased with this company.
