Dreadful . Sent my karcher pressure in orginal
Box .. came back with in 2 days
Not looked at !! Broke & orginal box missing
The packaged box sent back to me was so damaged ,,
& karcher was Broke & smashed ..
Sent back again
& told me they replaced the have they had broke & the orginal box I had sent it in was damaged so the discarded it

I contacted D&G via their website portal received instant reply telling me that JST electronics would be handling my claim. They called me next day and I received my replacement handset in less than 48 hours. First class service.

A well-deserved 5 stars! The JST Electronics team was incredibly helpful in sorting out a replacement remote control for me. They provided exactly what I needed with no fuss. Highly recommend this business for their brilliant support and great overall experience!

My ninja fryer I have a problem with
The top part at the back has come away from the rim and all the heat and steam coming out from the gap. Not cooking properly. Apparently it’s cosmetic and ok to use!
Although on ninja site showed not to use as a fire hazard. Decide this just by photos

I found them very helpful sending me the parts needed and assuring it was not difficult to change

My new smart remote control curser on screen freezes it doesn’t seem to respond sometimes I think the responder in the tv isn’t responding properly .i like the tv and matching curved sound bar is ok . I’m not happy that I’m having to compromise on the tv package .

We bought an Ecovacs robot lawnmower. After 4 months of brilliant lawn mowing it stopped working. Referred it back to Ecovacs under warranty. They were brilliant and got my claim active very rapidly, referring me to JST. I had collection details within the day, delivered to JST the following day, fixed and tested the day after (power cable connection broken - still don’t know why, but still!) on its way back to us the day after that, received and set up working again within the week. Just fabulous and I'm really impressed.
