Sarah at Gadget Clinic is the USP
Sarah at Gadget Clinic is the USP. She was the first, last and only person to deal with me on phone, WhatsApp, email and in person - and was great. My plan to fully spec out my mid 2012 Apple MBP to full usage memory, and faster internal SSD storage was fully resolved with Sarah's insight and expertise. My 14 year old device is now running on Monterey (my external configuration) and the increased configuration from Sarah's efforts - I am VERY glad I searched for suitable gadget repair shops in Watford - I completely and happily recommend Sarah and her company/team to you for all of your upgrade, repair and general tech needs. Many thanks Sarah! My laptop is flying now, just when I need it the most - Alan (uber clean laptop owner ;-)
PS. As you can imagine with Macs, the ability to pay a few hundred pounds to reinvent my MacBook, and utilise a free tool (OCLP) for the Mac OS book is far worth it; when comparing what newer Macs cost - and what you can lose with them; for instance - I retain my Mac Intel processor, and my original install CD/DVD rom drive - neither any longer available through Apple.

Amazing! Service. I highly recommend the team for any repairs. Against Apple charging £750 to replace the mother board of my MacBook, the team here found the faulty chip and replaced that at a fraction of the price. Very good and reliable service.

I took my Acer laptop to Gadget Clinic due to a battery issue and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Sara provided outstanding customer service — she was attentive, professional, and efficient from the first contact, through the diagnosis, and all the way to delivering my laptop fully repaired.
