Great, no hassle quick and easy to do and received item back within seven days

Not good and reliable my device still keep only give tracking number but 5 day I not received my device

Couldnt believe what a great job Greenbridge did with my old imac laptop. It looks brand new and fully repaired.

Very disappointed. I sent it because the battery was depleting really quickly . Whilst writing this short review the supposedly replaced battery has gone down by 1%

I was kept informed when my device was going to be collected and when it would be delivered. Both on time. However my charger from previous device didn't fit the new one. No problem. My new charger was here the next day. I was delighted to receive it so quickly.

Although we missed the collection a couple of times, this was really simple to resolve. The repair was quick and we were pleased with the work that was carried out. It was easy to book.

Very well organised, collected as arranged, placed in protective container, repaired quickly and again returned in another protective container

Great service iPad screen replacement picked up and dropped off.

All round good service..quick updates on repairs

My laptop was stuck at 3%. Sent it in factory reset and with the charger as instructed, it took just shy of a week to get back to me.

Upon return, I powered it up and saw it was on 15%, so I leave it on charge overnight, just to still find it on 15% the next morning.

Contacted Greenbridge to ask what's going on. The online chat representative then asked ME if I think it could be the charger.

I politely reminded that I sent the charger along with the laptop the first time (as instructed!), so that they would be able to fix the problem/s then tell me if it was the charger or battery or mobo or whatever.

Not sure what was done with my laptop the first time around, however I have it booked back in this week for yet another week for them to fix.

I am more than happy to obliterate this one star review and leave a fresh 5 star one, if my laptop/ charger or whatever it is actually comes back fixed this time, but for the time being, I'm sorry but this one star is genuinely deserved.
