Amazing work on my iPad. Works great, did not wait long for return.

Was a bit of a nightmare with dpd collecting the item once finally collected it was a smooth delivery and works carried out quickly and updated all through the process and delivered back exactly when they said it would luckily by royal mail and not dpd

Very professional outfit, they did a good repair on the laptop and it was a fast and efficient service. Only downside is that for a repair the laptop needs picking up and all data is cleansed. Can't see an easy way to avoid this though.

Happy with the repair, it took longer to repair than expected, I understand they sent the wrong part but it still took nearly 2 weeks to repair

Quick collection, quick fix and replacement.
Start of claim was quite a mess about and got confusing with the two devices being claimed for but all in all was a good process
