My tablet was returned to me, in just over one week. The whole process took, exactly one week and one day. Well done, the service was excellent. I am impressed. My tablet, is once again, working, just like a new one. I am really impressed. Well done Greenbridge, and do keep up with the good work, because it is greatly appreciated.

Sent my iPad to greenbridge and was kept fully in the loop of what was happening. The parts were going to take too long so a replacement was issued and delivered extremely quickly. Would highly recommend. I had never had to claim through insurance before and didn’t know what to expect but was so much easier than I imagined thanks to greenbridge.

Honestly never had such a smooth stress free process. Daughters ipad screen was smashed. Right from logging the claim, they arrange a courier to pick it up and had it dropped off within a week like brand new! Completey faultless. Thank you

Poor communication, estimated repair time was a week out, they did not update this as they needed parts, I had to keep phoning up asking for updates . It’s my son’s laptop but they would not speak to me, even though they had all my contact details apart from name it was his name . Delivery was a shambles waited in all day for Royal Mail, and then at 8pm said they couldn’t deliver that day so had to wait in again the next day. DPD pick up was excellent 1 hour pick up slot.

Entire process was amazing. The laptop got serviced within the time frame and when it needed to be replaced they sent all my additional hardware back to me with no extra charge for next day delivery. Honestly amazing experience super happy !

Service was exactly as promised. Collected on time, fully repaired and checked over against a comprehensive checklist and returned as promised. Only issue was with Royal Mail who ignored return delivery request.

Was a bit of a nightmare with dpd collecting the item once finally collected it was a smooth delivery and works carried out quickly and updated all through the process and delivered back exactly when they said it would luckily by royal mail and not dpd
