Terrible still having issues did not fixed the issue it went in for, ive had to pay.myself to do it, was 6 mths old under warranty
Samsung s25 ultra worst phone to date. Warranty repair is dreadful and im so angry. Utter nonense they not good at what they do. Why samsung use these subcontracts ruined my phone. Worst when it went jn.. samsung a joke too, they use india call centres and yoir on phone for hrs to sort a warranty out then send it to these people that ruin phones.

The company were very professional and brilliant from start to receiving it back as for Samsung galaxy thats another thing I was sent from pillar to post YOU say 76 percent say they like on the Internet and chatting i myself it's absolutely diabolical 3 days to get somewhere terrible after sales are terrible

The repair were done in days
The repair was done within 5 days. They even did checks in addition to the fault that was originally sent in for to make sure that my device was working in full capacity. Which is really good of them.
My device is working just as new.
