Brilliant repair service with a very fast turnaround time. My emails were answered almost instantly by the team, which was great. The only downside was the lack of automated tracking updates—it would be a 4.5-star experience if it were easily trackable online. Still giving 5 stars though, as the unit is back, fully fixed, and the overall service was excellent.

Not just brilliantly repaired and/or replaced, but their DPD delivery and collection couldn't be better. Then finally followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with everything too. Samsung themselves should take note to improve their own customer services this way.

I was a tad nervous about sending my phone away but I was pleasantly surprised by the organisation behind it all. From the courier who had the right packaging and receipt and tmt who kept me informed of its arrival to them and the work itself and the ease of it all. My phone looks and works like new and I got it back within the week. Very satisfied

Communication good throughout and repair seems to have worked so far (camera stopped working). Experience let down by DPD delivery company who said they were coming on an arranged day and then after saying it was on it's way sent a "sorry we couldn't deliver" message later so we had to rearrange it having waited in all morning!
