Fast And Efficient

Fast, efficient service, which is just what I would expect from Samsung.

Using DPD as its courier gives me full confidence that collection and delivery will be completely reliable too.

Missed a spot

They fixed the broken screen fine and sent the results of all the tests they carried out. However when I plugged my phone on charge it threw an error message saying moisture detected. Tried all methods to dry it etc but still no luck, seems I can only charge it wirelessly when the battery is completely dead, but wired charging works when there is some charge on the battery.

Either their tests are not thorough or phone was damaged during transit/delivery back to me?

Please be advised that for the final checks, the device is connected to our PC via a charging cable. The final checks passed confirming the device was returned in a full working condition.

Throughout the entire repair process

Throughout the entire repair process, I received regular updates, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. The device was collected, repaired, and returned in a remarkably short timeframe—much quicker than I had anticipated.

I was also impressed by the detailed information provided regarding the fault and the steps taken to resolve it. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and highly professional. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Sent my Samsung S26 ultra twice. Issue not resolved

Response to TMT:
I went to a Samsung experience store on Thursday, 18th June and they too acknowledged there is an issue after actually testing. Like I mentioned, you are not looking for the issue but running them through a series of standard tests and confirming they are working. Why would I send a working phone to you. I am not asking for any refunds, I am asking for the issue to be resolved.

Sent my Samsung S26 ultra twice. Came back with the same problem. Not sure they test for the problem. They run the device through standard tests and if passed, they say no problem with the device. They said they changed the camera, but not sure why the mobile has the same issue. I am sending the mobile for the third time tomorrow. God knows what next. Hope they actually look into the problem and resolve and not make me send the 4th time. Very disappointed.

Overall they did a good quick fix on my…

Overall they did a good quick fix on my Samsung Z Fold 6 inner screen issue.Nearly 2 years old the crease broke so i went through Samsung warranty to sort it.I decided to upgrade to Fold 7 so transfered data to this before sending phone off.I did put the phone in maintenance mode so was shocked upon return it had been factory reset.Happy with the process but i'd back up data before sending your phone in for repair.1 star knocked off for this.

Maintenance mode is not designed as a data retention tool; but it does allow us to test the device without seeing personal data. We understand that it makes life significantly easier when a restore is not required following a repair. Whilst we aim to repair devices in maintenance mode where possible; in some scenarios it still requires a factory data reset. For this reason we strongly recommend all devices are backed up prior to sending them in for a repair.

I am glad you were able to transfer your data and haven't lost anything.

I was in tears over this device!

I was in tears over this device not working. It was only 3 months old. They picked it up the next day and I had it back after a week or so repaired with no cost.

Great service, would easily use again

The ease of everything made the whole process great, excellent communication from them in regards to the timeline of the repair when it arrived and when it was completed and being sent back to me also in regards to what was being replaced/fixed with my watch.
