Sent my phone to them under Samsung…
Sent my phone to them under Samsung warranty. They sent me a photo of alleged damage to my phone and asked if I would like them to quote for the repair.
Other than the screen fault being repaired under warranty, the phone was in immaculate condition when sent to them. Therefore, the photo they sent was not of my phone, or the damage occurred whilst on their premises.

As discussed over email, we can replace the screen protector in warranty but we needed to make you aware of the cosmetic defect present on your device which has been provided via photographs. The engineers have been informed to proceed with the screen protector alone and once completed you will be updated by email.

Very impressed with speed of service, communication and the manner in which my phone enquiries were handled.
Very much in contrast to cobtacting samsung who TMT work on behalf of.
Despatched ring on the Thursday and received replacement on tge Tuesday, 6 days later. Very pleased.

Simple repair process
I request a repair from Samsung. The entire experience was smooth and easy. The parcel company collected my device from my house and then Samsung's technicians repaired it and sent it back to me within a week which is really great as I wasnt left without my device for a long time. I really liked how they kept me involved and updated me on all the stages of the repair and what was wrong with the device. Thank you

Claiming my Flip 6 is outside of warranty
Claiming they my Flip 6 is outside of warranty due to impact damage and are trying to sting me for £250.
The phone has lived inside its case since day 1 and has had no 'impact damage' since its been in my possession. The inner screen failure is a very well known issue with Samsung Flip series. These scammers should be ashamed.
If Samsung had made me aware that this was their 'Trusted Third Party' I would have avoided them like the plague.

After misplacing my phone for a week (It happens) it was eventually found,The repair was done super fast and everything was working fine again,From start to finnish it took around 14 days,But very happy with the outcome and the service,And as my phone was still under warranty it was repaired free of charge,
