My experience with JST was very satisfying. Spoke to Domestic and General about my problem and an appointment was booked for my item to be collected within the next 2 days, but unfortunately the delivery company refused to turned up for the item. They had me 2 days sitting in doors waiting.
Moreover, I called Domestic and General to let them know what I am experiencing with the collection delivery driver, but I was told I need to call JST. I did, and explained the situation and my collection was sorted for the next day and it was collected on time as promised, for JST to fixed.
JST did an excellent job on my item. My item is working perfect as if brand new. My item was returned to me within less than 3 days, it was collected.
I can honestly say, I am happy, because it was good to see the reward of what I am paying for ( The Hoover is working as if Brand) I am a very happy customer.

We have domestic appliance cover with a well-known insurance company and when our vacuum cleaner developed a fault we were put in touch with JST electronics by telephone; after a few questions concerning the actual fault, JST said that we needed s replacement part and they would send us one by courier.
The new part duly arrived within a short time carefully and safely packaged.
We can heartedly recommend JST.

I rang D & G Thursday regarding my broken vacuum cleaner, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and polite. I was then put in touch with JST electronics who contacted me basically straight away. The girl I spoke to at JST was very helpful by the end of the conversation I was told a replacement would be delivered to me on Friday. I am more than happy with the service from this company.

Absolutely fantastic service. The TV was faulty, so I rang on Monday and collection was arranged the very same day. I received a phone call that afternoon explaining the fault, and a quote for the repair was provided straight away. Everything was sorted quickly, and the TV was back with us by Thursday morning. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Fantastic service and I would use again.
