After my insurance provider contacted…
After my insurance provider contacted jst to carry out a repair, they refused to do it,claiming that the information passed over to them from my insurance provider wasnt correct and that my vacuum wasnt covered, I sent over the same information that my insurance company had sent, yet they still refused to do my repair claiming the model numbers that was on my policy was different to what was on my hoover... it wasnt, several screenshots sent to jst, confirming my model number on my vacuum was indeed the same.
After a lengthy conversation with my insurance provider, and an escalation Into the refusal, JST arranged a collection and repair, but tried to continue to lay the blame elsewhere!
Even though the repair turn around was a couple of days, the whole incident before, leaves them un trust worthy and not transparent.
A request has been made not to use them again.
No doubt this review will be taken down, like the other bad reviews we know they receive, but further proves my point!
As per your response, yes i have left 2 negative reviews, my first experience with JST was as you know a shambles, and this experience wasnt much better, if your asking for feedback by sending link's, then you need to be able to take the good with the bad, and learn from the errors that are being made so going forward you will have measures in place to stop these errors from happening!

Trustpilot doesn’t allow businesses to remove reviews and the fact we sent you a link to review us (again), shows we do not shy away from any type of feedback from our customers. The model issue did come from your insurer but it was resolved within 24 hours by us contacting them, so there were no delays, rejections or action required by yourself. There was also no ‘blame’ to lay on anyone, it was a small error that was easily fixed. We’re glad you found that the repair was carried out promptly again.
Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Sent the original part out really quickly and then sent another (different) part as a bit had broken when I tried to change the brush. Can’t fault them.

Quick and easy. Rang D&G to report my gtech not picking up properly. Had dpd come next day, with their own box, took it away, and returned about 5 days later good as new! Was kept updated the entire time.
